전체 평가 및 리뷰 Courtyard by Marriott Montgomery

조식은 야체가 없고 비교적 간단하게 나오고요. 총 3층 중 2층을 선택했는데 안쪽을 바라보는 뷰입니다. 호텔 안쪽에 수영장이 보이는데 사용하는 사람들은 없고요. 호텔 내부 1층에 런닝머신 몇대를 갖춘 체련장이 있어보이고.... 객실은 냉장고1, TV1, 정도 안전금고가 없어서 아쉽고요. 키는 마그네틱 카드키로 열고 들어가 키 꼽는곳이 없이 언제니 실내등을 킬 수 있습니다. 콘센트는 우리나라 옛날 110볼트 같고요. 목욕탕에 삼푸 비누는 있습니다. 조용하고 무난합니다.

The room was really musty, and there was a mystery puddle just outside the toilet when we got there. It was tidy but damp and smelled awful. We won’t be staying there again. The lady at the front desk was nice, though.

My stay was amazing! The room was clean and the bed was very comfy! The whole room was nice! Will definitely stay here again!

This was an extremely run down Marriott property. I rented 2 rooms, one room AC did not work and it was about 8- degrees in the room. Both were dirty and outdated. We used the gym on site, and it was fine. I would not recommend this property.

I liked the staff. I really feel that they did their best with what they had to work with. Cleaning was very lacking in many areas and many aspects. I always associated Marriott with exemplary service and accommodations but this location has completely changed my mind. I never give a review if my opinion is negative, but as a frequent traveler, I feel that my opinion is fair and optimistic.

Receptionists were great and the lobby and room were in good coy. However, the corridors were in poor condition with dirty sheets and towels on the floor! The pool was closed!

I booked the room for my huband. He said the staff was friendly, the bed was comfy, and there was parking for big rigs.

The front desk services are no existing, No drinks or anything at there pantry and no change for washing machines

Horrible customer service and rooms were not clean.

My husband and I arrived around 9pm to check in, after attending funeral visitation services and dinner with family and friends. The receptionist advised there was no hot water in some rooms, and she couldn't get hold of the maintenance guy. There was another guy dressed very casually that she was trying to get to check, and he had an attitude. So she took me up to check the room. The water was luke warm and not getting any warmer, also, the tub had a dark ring around the bottom. She felt it, assured me it wasn't dirt, just wear and tear. We cancelled, with no penalty but had to find another hotel in the middle of the night.

We had no hot water. Called the front desk and she was unconcerned. Said there was nothing she could do about it. Hotel showed lots of signs of wear and tear. Needs to upgrade. Not up to courtyard standards.

The location was great for my travel. However, my room was not clean at all while I was there. I had to put the trash outside of the door for it to be picked up. Someone did come in on Thursday to get the towels out the bathroom that I used, but my bed wasn't made up not one day I was there.

The shower head has a bad leak and spray the water over to the floor . No coffee in the morning in Lobby

The phone number to the hotel doesn’t work, no one answers. Also our in-room tv didn’t work and the in-room phone was disconnected so we couldn’t call the front desk to ask for help. The “bistro” flatbread was just a frozen pizza and they didn’t give me my chicken with my Caesar salad.

I didn’t stay I checked into my room that smelled of mildew mold and musty carpet so pungent it made you tear up. I asked for another room the second room was the same. There an issue throughout the hotel with flooding of some sort there were buckets and debris everywhere the wall paper was buckled and the housekeeping staff were using air freshener to mask the smell. I asked to cancel my room I was told I could I went to retrieve my family returned and asked for a refund and I was told I would be refunded for the room.

You can tell the property has not had an investment in improving or updating the facility or rooms. My keys did not work just trying to get in the room & everything looked 20 years old. I will not stay there again.
