showerhead doesn't move and flooded the bathroom toilet never stops moving water throughout the night and no it's not the handle being down bathroom smells like mildew jacuzzi in the executive suite floods over the tub because the spout lacks a little plastic cap and it spurts in a 360 jet moving a large amount of water straight to the floor and tub lip room smells extremely smoked in huge mirror held onto the wall with duct tape of 6 provided bath towels for the leaks and tub, 1 had holes and a few smelled like kitchen oil for some reason bed is okay window doesn't open and the smoke smell permeates your clothes heater doesn't work tv works jacuzzi and it's jets in the were okay besides the leaks but there is no real protection against mist or dampness exiting into the room so all the walls felt wet would not recommend unless you really want a jacuzzi for under 90cad

A terrible place for a family stay. We booked two nights, but after the first night we had to leave. The hotel room was extremely dirty. There was a lot of old dust and dirt under the bed, as well as other people's shoes, broken nails, and other household debris. The bathroom door was broken, and the shower curtain was brown from dirt, not white. There was other people's hair in the bed and on the pillows. The room smelled of mold.

Bathroom still had soap wrapper on the floor and aluminum pull tab on the side of the bath. Jetted tub did not work. We went to the front desk as we were heading out for supper and asked for them to check it out. Nothing done. At checkout, we repeated that the jetted tub didn’t work and we only got a « we are sorry about that ». It was on sale for just over $100 a night so I guess you get what you pay for

Very noisy all through the night.

It smells like old cigarettes, the sheets had dirty spots on them and so did the cushions. The bathroom is super tiny and the shower tiles are in ruins. There's like fluid spots all over that seems like they've been half cleaned. There are no outlets. I need to say one nice thing about the place and it's that the lady at the front desk was really nice and sweet.

En général, Le hall d’entrée pas Propre. La propreté de la chambre est à faire demi tour. Trace de dentrifice au dessus du lavabo, céramique de la douche non lavée adéquatement, bouteille de champoo, grâce et non pleine ce qui laisse croire à un usage précédent. Le déneigement entre la porte de sortie et le stationnement, n’est pas toujours déblayé, Et j’en passe.

Room was discusting. Light fixture with missing and random light bulb, mold ... a lot of mold in the bathroom. Jet tube? No jet in the tube... zero pressure. Hard uncomfortable matress, 5 small mixed match cushions not pillows. Mixing siding on the hot tube causing the corners to be very sharp and dangerous. Rude employees at the help desk. I ordered the executive suit and they gave me the junior executive. When i went down in the morning to argue about it the peeson ther gaslighted me saying i have the right suite eventhou i showed her the listing showing my exact room has junior executive ! Worst place i've been in a long time.

Yes, everything is good.

Bathroom not well cleaned, lot of hairs in the bathroom. Glass panel dirty, floor shower dirty, ceramic wall not well clean lot of black spots. When called, the manager didn't even bother to apologize, he just try to clean and said if were are not satisfied we can live and that was at around 9 pm after check in.

Bathroom shower is so bad, not working properly. Floor is messy and sticky.

Never again. There was blood in various places in the room. Smoke free rooms where not smoke free rooms. When concerns were brought to staffs attention, they didnt beleive or rectify the issue. We left the same day that we checked in. Do not recommend.

Personnel la dame à l'arrivée et la chambre grande et propre

The reviews are bad and mentioned the place reeking smell of smoke which we did not encounter during our stay and the room we stayed was the cheapest yet the room itself was recently painted and the sheets were clean unlike what was mentioned in the reviews. But yes, the building is old and looks shady but other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Nous Somme arrive personnel pas courtois chambre 3 stage pas assenseur L eta de la batisse pas tres propre Chambre beaucoup de poussiere Lit tres dur avec des resort qui font mall La telecommande de la tv etait tellement sale obliger de la laver il y avait un telephone sans fil dans la chambre qui sonnais souvent un chicane a 2.30 du matin qui ont mis dehors alors notre nuit a pas etait de tout repos la seule pieces qui etait ok etait la salle de bain les mur sale les interrupter pour les lumieres etait tres sale je reserve souvent sur votre site et c est la premiere fois une tel situation
