Staff was supporting, young lady working at the front desk was fantastic. Room had a stale odour. Almost like cigarette smoke had been part of the room at one point. Love the convenience of Pull-Up sliding doors. The pool house areas heat was Dismantled. Which the kids didn't swim because of this.

A little dated…but my daughter had an amazing time playing in the jungle gym area.

CHeck in took over 30 mins, heat did not work in room.

The room was in bad shape. The carpet had areas were is had no fiberw, the faucet wiggled, the room was very humid, the room wasn’t very clean however, the kids loved the playground and pool/slide which is the main reason to go however due to the atrium and playground the hotel stays noisy the entire night

Run down in the main areas, especially stairways. The coldest pool and pool area- basically unusable, which was a huge disappointment. Hot tub wasnt working and looks like thats how it is on the regular. Had 2 dogs and 2 kids and was placed on the third floor. Staff was okay, checked us in and our. Never bothered to ask if we needed anything or how my stay was when I checked out. Overall, I wont be going back. Mainly due to the cold and unusable pool area. Was planning 2 more trips back later this year as its close to my in laws and we are from out of town, but we may as well stay in windsor and take the kids to a playground.

I called ahead a few days in advance to ask if the water features were working like the snake, I was told yes, but they were not turned on when we requested. We had to ask 3 times over 16 hours to have new bedding, there was a power outage the second night. Just poor quality

Room had mold in the bathroom. There were never towels in the pool area. No tv remote in our rooms. Overall okay stay. But looking very run down.

We had a great stay

We stayed for 2 nights from a Saturday to Monday recently. Upon booking, I received a message from the hotel advising that the waterslides were open daily from 2-9pm. When we arrived on the Saturday, our 3.5 year old enjoyed the waterslide for an hour or two which was great. However, Sunday when we went in the afternoon there were no towels on the shelf, nor any staff. The front desk told me the slides are actually only open Friday and Saturday. This was incredibly disappointing to our kiddo. With that, there is no washroom nearby the pool, so any quick washroom trips are impossible unless you have a first floor atrium room. The pool area air is cool, which I can imagine only gets worse as the winter goes on - there were several cracks in the back wall/ceiling it looks like their working on but definitely let outside air in. We had some rain/snow during our stay, which we noticed leaking water in the atrium/play area had buckets to collect the water. The pool tables do not have a complete set of balls so not possible to actually play a proper game. Breakfast area crazy busy on Sunday morning, unable to get a table at 8:30am. Room was nice enough and suited our needs, but definitely hotel amenities need some work. I truly wish they disclosed the waterslide timing better because that would have affected our plans during our stay. Very disappointed with that.
