The pool and hot tub tile need cleaning. Especially the hot tub tile which had not been cleaned in a visibly long time.

Check in was super easy . Breakfast was great and there was options around the hotel for dinner / a Walmart to get a few things we needed . This was only a one night stay . The room needed cleaned better the shower curtain has stuff on it . The hot tub needs cleaned looks as if it hasn’t been cleaned in months . We book hotels that have pools and hot tub to enjoy . The air conditioner is old and didn’t work well . We were already settled in and didn’t ask to be moved but I do believe they would have moved us . For price and breakfast not a bad hotel.

There were some OK things about our stay but it was overshadowed by the faulty equipment that we had to deal with. Most important was that our door lock did not work with the electronic key. Every time we entered the room we had to spend 10 minutes or more inserting and jiggling the card (as per their instructions) to gain entry. Many times (several X a day) we had to request maintenance or house keeping help.They didn't fix the problem, only jiggled their own key. Front desk replaced the keys several times. This was frustrating and time consuming. We were not offered a different room or an adjustment on the bill. Also the Wifi was slow and often unusable from our room. I asked that someone look at this but nothing was done. The property generally needed some repairs and looked not well maintained. We were surprised to learn that it had just been remodeled. We can not recommend this property in its current condition and will not stay there again

Convenient location

Staff was very nice but early in the morning people were being very loud, about 630 am. Not sure if it was cleaning staff or visitors.

It was ok.

The staff was super friendly. I appreciated that every time I had a need, they were helpful and kind about it. The down falls were that breakfast was over at 9:00 am (even on a weekend), the beds were terribly hard, and the vent in the bathroom did not work so it would get super steamy. The room we stayed in accommodated 5 people (we were a party of 4) and there were only towels for 3 people in the room. It was an easy fix by asking going down to the front desk, but it should be ready for four or five people. The location is great in Cedar City. There are plenty of dining options and close to the freeway and Cedar Mountain.

Staff was great. The facilities need to be updated. Caulking in the shower was cracked. There’s a crack in the tub. Any holes that were patched weren’t painted to match. The concrete floors were disgusting. Again, housekeeping and front desk staff were wonderful, but the building needs a lot of work.

We enjoyed our nice, clean room and comfortable bed.

The property was clean and the staff attentive. The one improvement would be the upkeep in the rooms. I wouldn't say things were run down, they weren't but there were places where a little paint was needed, or a hallway was stained. Overall, it was a fine place for a night, but I wouldn't give it a 5 star rating.

Property was good nothing special. Room and property were clean. Staff at front desk were nice. Breakfast was ok.

Towels were not available. Needs tlc.

The breakfast was not very fresh or healthy options

Paid for a hot tub room but couldn’t use it because it was filthy, soap scum around the whole tub. Shower was terrible. The vent for the air conditioner looked like it’s never been cleaned. Outside our room by the door looks like someone puked, halls were all dirty and stained, pool had dirt on the bottom, and someone left there eyelashes next to the pool. I would not recommend this place

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and hot. Loved the waffles. Convenient location, close to Cedar Breaks.

Great location to SUU. A/C blows cold. Can be noisy with outside access.

Places disgusting. It’s like they don’t vacuum or wipe anything down. Wouldn’t break the bank to buy touch up paint neither. Front desk lady was awesome though.

Room smelled terrible the second we walked in the door. The furniture was chewed up and there was an iron burn mark on the floor. The rooms are non refundable we bookwd for two nights and only stayed one regardless of there being no refund.

Towels are quite worn, laundry room a mess with an ice machine not working. Slippery tub floor that could be a accident waiting to happen.
