청결하고 내부 시설 좋았습니다. 직원들도 정말 친절했고요. 다만 호텔 근처 홈리스들이 많으니 가능하면 차 이용하시는걸 권장드립니다.

Very helpful, pleasant staff, very good lighting in parking area, liked the security of requiring a cardkey for entry, excellent water pressure, nice breakfast. Suggest more consistent or double security for the property to better deter the non-guests frequenting the property, or maybe a high electric-gate and surrounding fence. The security responded quickly to the persons looking inside cars but maybe double security or a gate will help. Suggest using same deodorizer in rooms as used in lobby.

We did not stay in this property after looking at this place and rooms.

There was a horrible sewage smell noticed immediately when you stepped in the lobby. The front desk staff said they were dealing with what was possibly broken pipes. The smell was in the lobby and hallways, but I did not get into the rooms. I felt sorry for the front desk who could not escape it. I didn't try the breakfast, being it was held where the sewage smell was.

Hotel itself is ok, very dated and needs new working gym equipment. The area is sketchy with so many unhoused people in very close proximity to the hotel! It gives the impression of being unsafe.

There was a terrible smell

many homeless around making us feel unsafe. building was as secure Ss it could be. staff had horrible attitude, did inform management

When we arrived at about 9:30PM, we should have known from the large gathering of homeless people at the driveway entrance that we picked the wrong location. We did pass a security patrol car, though. The clerk seemed bothered and annoyed to check us in. We booked a room with two queens, but they didn’t have any. The clerk told us his colleague (not we) upgraded us to a suit with a king and a pull-out. It wasn’t a huge perk, as the room was outdated, the floors creaked, and the toilet wobbled when you sat on it. We discovered the hard way that the toilet didn’t just wobble; the caulking was gone from around it and the seal was bad. A pool of water covering the entire bathroom floor formed around the toilet requiring every towel, hand towel, and washcloth to dry it up. We did notify housekeeping and the front desk. All we got was “I am so sorry. We will let maintenance know.” We had zero dry towels and given the tiny bubbles we saw escape from between the tiles, water was definitely seeping somewhere else. I should have paid the extra $30 to stay somewhere else. Lesson learned.

Multiple staff very rude when checking in, asking for a blanket and when cards would not work to get in room.

We found our stay to be in acceptable and will not stay again.

Hotel was clean

Good for two nights to see Portland. It's near the TriMet railnto downtown. Room was quiet and comfortable. The area around the hotel is very run down with a lot of homeless. Hotel was secure.

Overall was good

The floor in the elevator was quite dirty

There's a liquor outside of the hotel full of homeless and you can see the homeless walking around the parking, the hotel is good for what you pay, the breakfast is great

Drug addicts around the hotel parking lot at all hours. Pretty unsafe area. I don't recommend this hotel. Pictures in expidia don't match the actual hotel. Room Carpet was dirty and smelling.

Property inside was nice. Staff was nice. Outside was the scariest place ever!!!!!

Too many homeless people near the hotel and in the parkinglot.
