조용한 곳에 위치하고 있어 가족들과 조용히 쉴 수 있는 편안한 잠자리와 서비스가 제공되어 좋았습니다.

good location, just what we were looking for. Would have been nice to renovation is underway. Hotel is dated but it apperas they are working to address the issue.

Room smelled musty electrical smell as well.

I've stayed a few different Fairfields and they're all different.This one was probably in the lower half of those stays, but it was still a good one. I feel like we got a good value for the price paid. Check-in was easy, free breakfast in the morning that was actually decent. The area is quiet, parking is adequate and there are multiple food options nearby. Nothing to complain about the room itself, but again, it didn't pop as some of the other Fairfields room I stayed in.

The A/C unit was a little noisy and the bathroom walls need to be repaired near the door

This hotel is located near Columbiana Mall. Nearby, within walking distance, are many restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel breakfast options were many.

The room was in poor repair. There had been a leak at the window and the sheet rock was falling apart and absent. It was a breeding ground for mold. We should not have been put in a room in this condition. When we addressed it with the front desk they said there was nothing they would do since we booked through a “third party” like Hotels.com. I woke up feeling sick and congested from sleeping in this room.

The rooms were ok, the refrigerator did not function and had a bad odor, the exhaust in the bathroom did not function and breakfast options even for continental breakfast was not good

Upon arriving free parking was a great option to have. I checked into a beautiful room with ease. I turned on the heat and there was a burning smell from the unit and my stay went downhill from there. I jumped in the shower and the shower curtain smelled of mold. As I returned from breakfast the maintenance guy walked up and asked what room I was looking for and followed me to my room and used his key to open my door to let me in. It made me very uncomfortable. This same guy was hanging at the front desk and even when I left for a meeting and returned he was waiting outside in front of the hotel pacing back and forth. I will never choose this hotel again.
