전체 평가 및 리뷰 Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Key West

무료 조식은 매우 훌륭했고, 객실은 깨끗했습니다. 키웨스트 자체가 전부 오래된 건물이라 이 건물도 마찬가지로 옛날 건물이라는 느낌을 받을 후 있습니다만 내부 리모델링으로 실 내는 그렇지 않아요. 위치는 멀었지만, 추가로 내는 리도트 이용료에 셔틀버스비가 포함임으로 이용하면 매우 좋습니다. 매 정시에 출발하더라고요. 돌아오는 편도 있었고요. 컨시어지에서 예약해준 선셋크루즈는 너무너무 환상이었습니다. 조식 먹을때 화장실이 너무 청결하지 않아서 눈쌀이 찌푸려졌지만 그 이외는 모두 괜찮았습니다.

The breakfast and the pool were the best part of this stay. The room was musty and had a moldy wet smell. One AC was broken and blowing warm air. The room could use a full renovation as signs of wear and tear are everywhere. The hotel did the trick for a one night stay but I wouldn’t stay longer than that.

They gave me a room i did not reserve, it was gross and not worth the money i paid. I shoyld have gone to hilton. Sliding door didnt shut all the way,main lock broke, big gap in front door heard every car abd person. No bedding for pull out bed. Very upset.

Expected more from Marriott. Surprised by parking charge. Front desk didn't mention at check in. Paid resort fee just to ride the shuttle which needs better AC. The room was very compact- good for 2 people, not 4. Black out curtains needed, replace broken toilet lever and smart TV for streaming. Breakfast was good, varied selections but would not stay again.

Great price for a large room Definitely has seen some better days, but it was clean and beds were really comfy

Front desk agent was nice, but water bottles were available for the guests before us, but was not offered to me. If you’re going to charge a $25 resort fee, don’t also double dip and be cheap. Housekeeping and their carts made it difficult to get to the room and leave. Breakfast was great, pool was great. Would likely not stay here again. I dislike corporate expenses pushed onto customers combined with being cheap.

Nice property, good location, nice staff. Property was quiet and that appealed to me. Rooms were smaller and kinda outdated but clean and housekeeping did a great job. Wouldnt be against staying here again.

The property was very beautiful! The pool area was great!! The breakfast was good, nothing out of the ordinary. The best thing was the AC worked very well!

Overall convenient to local eats, shuttle takes you to downtown, staff was very welcoming, pool was a great cool down. My only complaint is they should upgrade rooms ,the sofa bed we did not have sheets for it and it was dirty, they brought those to our room right away, most of the outlets did not work to charge phones and other electronics.

Room was dirty/ ac not working properly hot in room. Flies in breakfast area dirty cushions for cabanas.

When i arrived, we recieved room#225 which was saturated with a heavy smeel of cigarettes, my wife and i choked on the smell due to it being so strong, i didnt even let my child walk in, it smelled as if someone had just smoked a pack of cigarettes before my arrival. Then they switched us to room#117 and this room did not smeel of ciggbut it was hot and very cramped. We called the front desk and explained the situation and the young lady stated, "thats just how they are" i couldn't believe it so she sent an engineer to check. He arrived and stated that the ac was working but to place a towel underneath door cause it had an gap so the air wont escape. MY Family and I had a bad time. The breakfast was horrible because it was served outside and flies were all over the place. I will never return.

I paid $862 for this reservation. When I arrived at the site, they charged me $10 per day for parking my car and $25 per day for the pool. They left me with 4 bottles of rage. I was there from Thursday to Sunday and no one ever cleaned my room. Once they gave me towels, I am attaching what I paid and what they deducted, 118, which I did not understand. If I paid so much for that reservation, they charged me even more money. I do not know. I recommend them at all.

Dilapated, not what you expect from Marriott. No water pressure, AC very loud so you can not hear TV.
