We enjoy the friendly service as we check in , they also treat us with a cookie and water, When we leave early in the morning before breakfast is ready the dest clerks always find a muffin for us😊

I'm a high traffic area, yet eat to find

Everything was fine with the facility, the bed however was extremely uncomfortable. It felt like cardboard

Good location. Great staff at check in.

The staff was verry accommodating, when i asked for a quiet room he moved us to the third floor away from the elevators and ice machine.and also was able to find us a room with no neighbors. My wife is celiac and she was ablw to have a great gluten free breakfast.

From the GM at the front—Evie—to the BA staff handling the pool and breakfast—Dan—they were all welcoming, friendly, and helpful! The room was clean, the food was great, and we would definitely recommend it to others!

Rooms were clean and the staff was great ecspecially the breakfast crew who made sure things were ready for my daughter to make her Volleyball tournament.

The stay was fine, just the mattress are uncomfortable and it just seemed a little dated.

New and nice but old build definitely had thin walls and could constantly hear other guests up down and sides

A brief stay in Helena while visiting friends. The bed was pretty firm and the comforter had a large tear on the ribbing. Really worn bedsheets and comforter. Front desk people were awesome and breakfast had a very nice variety.

The entire process was a nightmare

Staff was courteous and helpful. Problems with exterior door lock pads at property and answer was "they dont work". Not a 5 star property but well worth the money compared to the better rated properties in Helena and their prices.

Everything except the shower was good. It had a slow drain, so my morning ablutions were not as optimal as I would have liked.

The staff were super helpful and pleasant. The room was incredibly clean and well-maintained, and the area was very quiet. Very convenient for my conference, and the price was excellent! I would definitely recommend and it will be my go to when I need to stay in Helena!

Great people and a nice solid property. Only request would be to do a better job clearing the ice on the driveway in front of the hotel. You can't get to the cleared sidewalks without crossing the ice and even after days without snow, no one broke up that relatively small area of persistent (and very slick) ice. I'll stay here again regardless, but... Thanks all!
