The breakfast was delicious. The staff was helpful, but unfortunately, parking wasn’t included in the room price. I was charged an extra fee, which wasn’t mentioned at check-in.

Beware….the hotel is great, beds comfortable but there are meth heads all over outside. It’s a decent hotel in crack town. People openly firing up their pipes. Didn’t feel overly safe outside the hotel. Area is very trashy. Someone had stashed their crackpipe above a doorway to the parking garage and it fell on my daughter’s head.

the hotel is in an older building. staff were terrific. amenities were great. loved bowling in the basement! the games room was a nice surprise.

The breakfast was delicious and with different varieties of food to choose from. The receptionists were polite and cheerful. Everyone from the receptionists to the cleaners and restaurants attendants were very helpful and went out of their ways to make our stay pleasant. Thanks, Anne

I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. Our stay started with being assigned a room where the shower had not been properly cleaned. The hotel moved us after we reported it, although the head housekeeper who inspected the room appeared annoyed by our request. After checkout, I noticed an unexpected damage charge on my American Express card. The hotel never called or emailed us before charging my card. I only learned about it after discovering the charge myself. Following American Express's recommendation, I returned to the hotel to ask for an explanation. The front desk manager showed me a photo of alleged damage on his phone but refused to email or provide a copy. My wife was only able to photograph the image on his phone screen. Staff also referred to the charge as a "convenience fee," despite claiming it was for damage. This was our first overnight stay away from home with our baby. We spent very little time in the room and only used the bed. The alleged damage shown did not reflect anything that occurred during our stay. The most concerning part was the lack of transparency. The hotel charged my card without notifying me, refused to provide evidence, and could not explain how the amount was determined. Afterward, I found at least one public review describing a similar disputed damage charge after checkout, along with many reviews mentioning the property's aging condition and maintenance concerns. I have disputed the charge with American Express.
