Good property

The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. There was a cozy fireplace going in the lobby which was nice because it was rainy and cool when we were there. The beds were super comfortable and the room was clean and modern with a soaker tub. As a tea-drinker I was excited to see an electric kettle in the room instead of using a Keurig (which makes the tea taste like coffee grounds). It was great to have the hot tub onsite. We didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant for supper but it would have been nice to have a sit down breakfast menu as the "grab and go" breakfast did not have any gluten or lactose free options.We would definitely recommend MTN house to others!

Beautiful stsy

Had the loveliest stay here, really appreciated the hotel’s location and service, we always love Basecamp Properties. Had a bit of a hard time sleeping on the mattress and pillows, both were quite firm, but other than that everything was great.

Everything was great! The location & room were perfect. The only things is that we were woken up multiple times by someone’s dog barking loudly. It seemed like the owners had left the dog in the evening and did not stop them from barking early in the morning. Otherwise a great place to stay!

The guy who checked me in was friendly, helpful, welcoming. Knew who I was before I introduced myself. Naj offered excellent customer service with a smile. The next day while I was out I got a call from the front desk accusing me of damaging the room, leaving my dogs unattended because my senior dog had soiled the bed sheet. Told me my damage deposit would be kept. The sheet would be thrown out. I decided to cut my visit short by a day as I was turned off by the experience and my aniexty was at an all Time high after the incident.

The staff were great and super friendly. The hotel was very nice and the fireplace in the lobby was a great touch.

Lovely decor, comfortable bed; good food & great service in the restaurant. Really enjoy our stays here.

It was easy access. And didn't need key card to open our room

Clean and hygienic

The noise is horrible. you can here people in the other rooms very well,the doors slam and because the walls are so thin or bad insulation you can hear ever door close. Not worth the money

Had another wonderful stay at your hotel. The wifi was a little bit frustrating as we had to constantly log back in with our email to access it which was different from our previous stays but otherwise, everything else was amazing!

MTN House was a great stay. It is on the other side of the highway to main amenities but is a short 20-30 minutes walk or 5 minute taxi ride. We had one of the rooms at the end of the building with a large bathroom and stained glass windows, definitely worth value for money and would stay again

Beautiful property, friendly staff and rooms with a wonderful view. There is construction on the property but it didn’t impact our stay. Only thing to note is the bus stop going to Banff is 5 minutes away, but the bus stop coming back drops you off about a 30 minute walk away. Alternatively you could stay on the bus for longer than it would take to walk to be dropped off at the closer bus stop. Would be a more walkable trek if there was a pedestrian bridge connecting this area to downtown otherwise walks in and out of downtown take longer to go around the highway. Would definitely stay here again!
