My room was okay, and the hotel didn’t make me pay for the second night. I just didn’t feel safe there. The upper inside lock on my room’s door looked like it would fall off if someone pushed hard on it. I could never get the tv to work. The parking lot was dimly lit. I didn’t feel safe going back out since it was dark by the time I got everything into my room. I’d planned on going back to the hospital where my friend was in ICU, but I decided to stay in my room. The lady at the front desk was very nice when I checked out the next morning - only charged me for the one night, since I told her I was not going to be using the room the second night - I had to stay at the hospital with my friend on Thursday night.

The ceiling of my room was full of mold and the shower curtain had mold as well The room had literally chucks of dust And it had a terrible smell The hallways smell very strong like if someone was smoking weed. Worst hotel ever.

When we first walked in, the property looked beautiful, but that ended beyond the grand entrance. We found multiple dead massive roaches in the public restrooms by the dining area. We then went to our rooms and had to request a new room because the room reeked of cat urine. The poor front desk woman was overwhelmed with customer complaints and did her best as people were demanding new rooms, and demanding refunds as they went to find new places to stay. The elevators were broken and did not work properly. The hallways leading to the rooms were also quite dirty. The pool area was not clean, and VERY poorly lit. Unfortunately it seems this property’s maintenance has been massively neglected.

We enjoyed the comfort, but phone didn’t work, breakfast could have been better.

The hotel was dated, dirty and overpriced for what we got. On the positive, no bed bugs

Good value. Second visit in 4 days. Elevator could use work, but it worked. Nice towels.

The overall stay and experience was a 7/10 especially for character. The hot tub was dirty and didnt look like it had been used in a while. My boyfriend and I were disappointed about that. The pool looked nice. The room was clean and had a working microwave and fridge and comfortable furniture. What made the experience interesting was the fact that only one elevator was working and some of the buttons were popping out and it would skip floors other than the one you needed sometimes. The floor in the elevator was cracked the some of the paneling was leaning forward. Other than that the hotel was decent for our brief stay in Texarkana.

Excellent desk person

They had bedbugs and my kids and I got bitten all night. I lifted the mattress up and there they were having a ball. All over our pillows. This is not. I’m highly upset and would love to refunded.

The price was reasonable. The room was average. I have to say the bed was very comfortable.

Old property

This stay was good value for the money. Breakfast was minimal but okay. The hotel has been renovated. There remains work to be done. But, we will stsy there again in two nights.

The breakfast was very basic and the lobby and hallways were very warm to be. The ac was loud and didn't cool the room well. The bathroom was very nice as was the pool. The elevator was slow and only one side worked. Not bad for the price bit wouldn't go back.

The floor entering the lobby was soaking wet and not signs for caution the bathroom smelled of mixture of pee and Clorox broken tv remotes Expedia lied there is no way this place should be rate above A 2.7 at best

It was fine for the money. I wouldn’t plan a vacation around it, but the room was clean and for one night it was perfect.

Wouldn’t stay here again. Elevators were broken, the room was nowhere near clean, there was a big throw up stain on the chair, the business chair seat pad was ripped to shreds. We found a pair of men’s underwear on the floor of the main hallway. The pool water was very over chlorinated. Mattress rock hard. Overall I feel like I need to get to my next destination and get a shower stat. Pay the extra money to stay at other nearby places. Staff was great but this place needs a huge renovation and new cleaning staff.

Upon check in the parking lot was confusing and not very well lit. The lobby was fine and the room was clean. However the hallways and breakfast area was not the cleanest or most enjoyable sight wise. It looked like there was an attempt to be updated but done VERY cheap and like it was done by someone in house.

I liked location.
