방도 넓고 깨끗하고, 욕실도 좋습니다, 버스 정류장도 가까워 이용하기 편한 위치입니다. 처음들어갔을때 직원들도 친절하게 대해주어 고마웠습니다., 단점은 브라이튼 피어등 주요 관광지에서 조금 멀다는 점인데, 버스를 이용하면 충분히 커버가능할거라 생각듭니다.

The room itself was OK, the TV was a little small given the size of the room. Basic room but provided value for money when just wanting somewhere to out your head down for the night.

Ample of parking. Helpful staff. Breakfast is complementary, but basic. The pub/ restaurant is handy for a quick bite. Bathrooms could be updated, but the room was simple and elegant. A good value ofr money overall.

The hotel is well placed if you arrive by train or local bus. Being around 2 miles outside central Brighton is ideal. Unfortunately the hotel is dated and needs a facelift. The staff are all helpful polite and courteous. The rooms need updating but for an overnight stay it's ok

Good price, parking was a good perk, and staff were all helpful and friendly. However the hotel looks very tired - my room had broken fixtures & sockets, ripped dated furniture, and no hot water in the morning. The bar had ants crawling over trays & cat vomit on the carpet. I wasn’t expecting luxury for the price but it was a bit grim

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The location is ideal and well connected, being only a couple of minutes walk from the train station. My only real "issue" - and it's barely an issue was that the room was very hot but the staff immediately provided fans on request. I would go again and would recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget.

The property was very run down , the breakfast was appalling, dirty room cold shower

Overall a very good stay. Only 1 bath towel provided for the weekend for two people. Asked cleaning staff if they could put another toilet roll in room as running out, they did not.

Look it was a hell of lot cheaper than what I could find. I had no problem with the place although I can see why people would have. I wanted somewhere to crash and have a shower. Stayed for four nights. If you want quality look elsewhere, If you want friendly staff, good breakfast, a clean bed and a reasonable bathroom you can't fault it.

Very comfortable bed and a nice room overall. Good to have a bath. Wifi was fine for streaming etc and close to Preston Park so nice for a stroll or run in the evenings. Nice breakfast and reasonably priced food.

This is an ideal location for business travellers looking for a reasonably priced room in a convenient area. The hotel is clean, the staff are excellent, and the rooms are very well kept. A simple, reliable and comfortable place to stay.

Everything was very good.l Helpful receptionist when I found I'd booked the wrong date! Breakfast very nice.Parking was easy and convenient.

For the cost this hotel was very good, free parking,nicely situated for access to town. Bus service so close. , Had nices meal in hotel restaurant and free morning breakfast .

Hotel needs a spruce up in places and basic. However still great value for the price paid. Staff go out if their way to check your stay is enjoyable. Easy access to Brighton sea front - 30 min walk or few stops on bus with bus stop directly outside property. Fred parking was a massive bonus for trip to Brighton for the day.

Breakfast was the best thing about this place! It's a little dated and tired and could be very nice but lots of things were off - door handles loose, loo roll holder hanging off, no sockets by the bed (essential in this day and age no?) But yes brekkie was very good, plentiful and tastes good, great transport links in to the city and

room needed up dating,staff at breakfast very pleasant and helpful, bar area needs updating. the hotel is in a great spot for buses into Brighton and no car parking charges. we enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Excellent choice for breakfast. Evening meal amazing

Lots of outside noise til late in the night. The shower only ran cold water and the plug didn’t fit the plug hole in the bath. Breakfast was okay and staff were lovely. If you are willing to tolerate the above then its a cheap option for staying in Brighton with free parking and very close to Preston park parkrun.
