쿠스코에도 이런 호텔이 있었나 싶은 뛰어난 서비스의 호텔서비스와 최고의 조식을 제공하였습니다. 다시 쿠스코 방문시 묵고 싶은 호텔이며, WIFI 속도도 가장 빨랐습니다. 숙박 비용이 비싸나 그 만큼의 값어치를 하는 호텔이었습니다.

5성급 호텔치고 치명적인 실수를 한 팔라시오데 잉카 호텔은 실망이 많이 컸습니다. 이 호텔은 아침 일찍 부터 체크인이 되어 편안하고 차를 마시면서 직원이 와서 직접 체크인 하는 모습은 처음에는 인상적이고 편안했습니다. 짐을 풀고 쿠스코 관광하고 밤에 돌아와 샤워를 할려고 들어갔는데 물이 나오지 않는 방이었습니다. 다시 옷을 갈아입고 직원을 부르고 고칠려고 했으나 이 방 자체가 물이 안 나오는 방으로 밤중에 방을 옮겨야 하는 수고스러운 과정과 짐도 다시 정리해야 하는 등 정말 피곤했습니다. 왜 5성급 호텔은 샤워실에 물이 안나오는것을 확인을 안했을까요? 더욱 기분이 안 좋았던 점은 같은 스위트 룸이라 바뀌어 주었는데 바뀐 스위트 룸이 더 좋은 구조와 깨끗한 방이 있었던 것입니다. 이렇게 다르게 배정되는 기준은 무엇인지 많은 궁금증이 생겼습니다. 옮겨간 방에서 샤워한 후 머리를 말리려고 하는데 드라이기 플러그는 220v 이고 소켓은 110v 였습니다. 그럼 변환 잭을 같이 있어야 하는 것 아닙니까? 또 밤중에 리셉션에 문의해야 하는 상황입니다. 정말인지 정말 정말 이 또한 말도 안되는 상황입니다.이때는 씻고 3시간 30분 후에 마추픽추 가야되는 상황입니다.피곤한 상황에서 머리는 말리지 않고 어쩔수 없이 그냥 자고 마추칙추 일정끝나고 돌아와서 산소 추가를 위해 리셉션에 문의했습니다. 재클린이라는 여직원은 저희 요청상황을 들어주긴했는데 좀더 웃는 얼굴에 응대를 해 주었으면 더욱더 좋았을 거라 생각했습니다. 느낌은 공무원직원입니다. 순간 동사무소에 온 줄 알았습니다. 이 호텔은 주변 인프라 지역에 가까이 있어서 위치적으로 그나마 났습니다. 하지만 이 호텔은 5성급 호텔이 아닙니다. 직원 교육은 좀더 해야되고 호텔 방도 좀더 꼼꼼히 체크해야 겠습니다. 이 호텔을 가시게 된다면 저는 추천을 하고 싶지 않습니다. 이 가격에 이 호텔을 이용하시기 보다는 다른 5성급 호텔을 추천합니다. 다른 주변 5성급 호텔이 더 좋고 위치적으로 더 훌륭합니다.

Loved all the details including daily tours of the hotel and its history, the art, the pisco sour class, 24 hour access to cacoa tea and the wonderful concierge staff.

Fantastic place, we stayed here last year also, the stuff are really amazing specially Waldy, very helpful on everything, great location.

Excelente localização , funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos . O ponto negativo é o barulho ! Um entra e sai de pessoas no andar , portas batendo e um elevador que fazia ruído em todo o andar . Impossível de ter uma noite de sono tranquila

Great location in Cusco. The hotel can enjoy an upgrade. Breakfast was top notch.

This hotel stay was wonderful! The staff was so very welcoming and helpful. The property was beautiful and extremely cozy. I would definitely return and stay here again.

Beautiful hotel with very well appointed rooms, lovely communal areas with places to sit and friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast and lovely bar area. Location is excellent - you can walk to Cusco centre and around the area from the hotel. Only down side is the rooms are dark.

Todo de maravilla. La habitación no contaba con aire acondicionado, sólo con calefacción. En la época en la que fuimos (abril) hacía bastante frío. Con los cobertores de las habitaciones fue suficiente.

Excellent staff, attentive and friendly.

We had some initial issues with our room - smell of sewage and poor functioning shower. Staff helped us to move to another room but this one did not have air-conditioning. Third time luckily we were fine. Staff at the hotel, were good. Special thanks to Josver who was excellent.

Great hotel

Great hotel, well located for main square area but without being in the hubbub. Staff are fabulous and rooms well laid out.

Everything was excellent—the service, the friendliness—simply excellent. Just one observation: the rooms do not have air conditioning. Not everyone likes AC, but if you are accustomed to it, be sure to mention it to the concierge; they will help you out with a portable unit. They find a solution for everything. Excellent staff.
