쿠스코에도 이런 호텔이 있었나 싶은 뛰어난 서비스의 호텔서비스와 최고의 조식을 제공하였습니다. 다시 쿠스코 방문시 묵고 싶은 호텔이며, WIFI 속도도 가장 빨랐습니다. 숙박 비용이 비싸나 그 만큼의 값어치를 하는 호텔이었습니다.

5성급 호텔치고 치명적인 실수를 한 팔라시오데 잉카 호텔은 실망이 많이 컸습니다. 이 호텔은 아침 일찍 부터 체크인이 되어 편안하고 차를 마시면서 직원이 와서 직접 체크인 하는 모습은 처음에는 인상적이고 편안했습니다. 짐을 풀고 쿠스코 관광하고 밤에 돌아와 샤워를 할려고 들어갔는데 물이 나오지 않는 방이었습니다. 다시 옷을 갈아입고 직원을 부르고 고칠려고 했으나 이 방 자체가 물이 안 나오는 방으로 밤중에 방을 옮겨야 하는 수고스러운 과정과 짐도 다시 정리해야 하는 등 정말 피곤했습니다. 왜 5성급 호텔은 샤워실에 물이 안나오는것을 확인을 안했을까요? 더욱 기분이 안 좋았던 점은 같은 스위트 룸이라 바뀌어 주었는데 바뀐 스위트 룸이 더 좋은 구조와 깨끗한 방이 있었던 것입니다. 이렇게 다르게 배정되는 기준은 무엇인지 많은 궁금증이 생겼습니다. 옮겨간 방에서 샤워한 후 머리를 말리려고 하는데 드라이기 플러그는 220v 이고 소켓은 110v 였습니다. 그럼 변환 잭을 같이 있어야 하는 것 아닙니까? 또 밤중에 리셉션에 문의해야 하는 상황입니다. 정말인지 정말 정말 이 또한 말도 안되는 상황입니다.이때는 씻고 3시간 30분 후에 마추픽추 가야되는 상황입니다.피곤한 상황에서 머리는 말리지 않고 어쩔수 없이 그냥 자고 마추칙추 일정끝나고 돌아와서 산소 추가를 위해 리셉션에 문의했습니다. 재클린이라는 여직원은 저희 요청상황을 들어주긴했는데 좀더 웃는 얼굴에 응대를 해 주었으면 더욱더 좋았을 거라 생각했습니다. 느낌은 공무원직원입니다. 순간 동사무소에 온 줄 알았습니다. 이 호텔은 주변 인프라 지역에 가까이 있어서 위치적으로 그나마 났습니다. 하지만 이 호텔은 5성급 호텔이 아닙니다. 직원 교육은 좀더 해야되고 호텔 방도 좀더 꼼꼼히 체크해야 겠습니다. 이 호텔을 가시게 된다면 저는 추천을 하고 싶지 않습니다. 이 가격에 이 호텔을 이용하시기 보다는 다른 5성급 호텔을 추천합니다. 다른 주변 5성급 호텔이 더 좋고 위치적으로 더 훌륭합니다.

Excelente todo, la regadera un poco incómoda

Amazing hotel, staff friendly and helpful from front desk to cleaning crew. Everyone was super polite and nice. Centrally located in front of Qorikancha and a few blocks from Plaza de las Armas. Plenty of restaurants even hotel restaurant food was delicious. I would stay here again if we come back to Cusco. The cons about hotel would be WiFi was spotty and laggy at times. Also bathroom can use an option of better lighting as a lady who likes to wear makeup good lightning is a most. Overall great hotel.

Not worth the price. Shower is not situated properly without flooding the floor. Did not know the water had flooded the floor and stepped out and almost fell. Dangerous for someone not aware.

Our stay at Palacio del Inka was absolutely outstanding. The hotel is stunning, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and every detail reflected the rich history and beauty of Cusco. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would gladly return on our next visit.

Notre séjour à été court mais tout était parfait.

The property was lovely. The food was good, location was excellent. One thing I didn’t appreciate is that I was told I’d be given a 25 USD spa credit. I used the spa for both days of my stay, and both times, the spa people tried to convince me to extend my treatment rather than apply the credit! So if my treatment was for 60 minutes and 220 soles, they asked me to consider an extra 20 minutes instead of applying the 25 USD discount. It was only after I insisted, did they relent. I found it tiresome especially because it wasn’t a one time thing, they were quite persistent and I had to really hold my ground to apply the amount rather than extend my treatment.

Excellent staff greeted us right away. We were able to grab a very nice lunch in the patio area after a long flight. Room in excellent condition. We loved the tour of hotel with an Inca show at end and tried the Pisco Sour class. Breakfast buffet cannot be beat. We went late the first day and it was quiet and leisurely. If you go early, expect more crowds. The food variety is wonderful and authentic. Harp music added to ambiance. Highly recommend this hotel!

There are simply not enough stars to rate this hotel. I have traveled to many places and enjoyed wonderful experiences, but nothing compares to my stay at Palacio del Inka. The vibrant colors and timeless charm of the property truly create the authentic Peruvian atmosphere every traveler hopes for. The rooms are spacious, impeccably maintained, and exceptionally clean. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Although the hotel is nestled in the heart of the city, it is tucked away just enough to offer peace and quiet. Nearly everything you need is within walking distance, and it serves as a convenient pickup point for many tours. The airport shuttle service was both affordable and punctual. Beyond the ambiance and location, I must express my deepest gratitude for the concierge team, who are truly what make this hotel extraordinary. They greet you with genuine warmth each day and check in on you as if you were family. The altitude was challenging for us sea‑level visitors, but their compassion and attentiveness were unlike anything I have ever experienced. From providing complimentary oxygen to offering cold towels and even calling after our tours to ensure we were feeling well, their care went far beyond expectations. I could not find a single thing to complain about, even if I tried. Thank you to everyone at Palacio del Inka for making our Peruvian vacation seamless and truly magical. You will remain in my memories and my heart for a lifetime.

I was disappointed with this hotel. It’s definitely a 3 star hotel. Overpriced and room was super small, old and in need of a serious renovation. Definitely will not stay here again and neither should you. The restaurant was great for dining in. Room service was a disaster!!!!! You have to call the front desk to place a room service order. They got our order wrong twice. We waited over an hour for them to get our order right, not impressed at all.
