첫날 체크인할때 직원은 조금 불친절했습니다. 그렇지만, 나머지 직원들은 친절했어요. 그외 다 편안하고 좋았습니다. 감사합니다. 바로 밑이 늦게까지 하는 bar라서 새벽에 조금 시끄럽긴 하지만, 귀마개를 한다면 괜찮을수 있어요.

Both shower floor and toilet had chips in the surface. Normally this would be repaired.

Very friendly staff and comfortable beds. Safety deposit box in room wasn’t usable even the staff couldn’t sort it.

Fijne locatie, prima kamer. De kamer rook naar sigaretten toen we binnenkwamen, maar na het luchten was dat wel weg.

Das Hotel liegt zentral zwanzig Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof in der Altstadt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Awesome experience and close to everything

Location excellent. Rooms clean and quiet. Sara at the reception desk was very kind and helpful.

This a compact NH hotel; idealand location for a short or long break. A very neighbourhood feel, with drinking and dining options galore within 100 metres. The city centre department stores and the canal side bars and eateries are less than 15 mins walk away.

Central and convenient location

Good location for walking around Utrecht. Very friendly staff. Slightly compact but very comfortable room. Elevator available for ease of getting luggage up to our room.

The staff was a high point in an otherwise mediocre stay. The room with a view on the 3rd floor was cramped and dark with a minuscule bathroom. No common area or breakfast available. Parking was about .3 blocks away. You could pull up to front door of the hotel but there was no proper sidewalk to unload luggage, just a busy bike lane that was dangerous as bikes whizzed around the corner toward you. The elevator broke down on our checkout morning leaving us to negotiate 4 flights of stairs with luggage. If you are arriving by train not car and have minimal baggage and don’t mind a barebones experience but want central location, this hotel would work for you, otherwise keep looking.

This is the second time I was staying in this pleasant little hotel. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive. This time, we were especially pleased that the hotel is pet friendly as we brought our little Jackrussell with us. Also, the staff’s situation awareness in fixing us a late check-out was remarkable. The fact that they don’t serve breakfast didn’t bother us as there are great bakeries and hipsters cafes nearby.

Nice place, gets in its years and needs quite some renovation. High price for a mid/low quality hotel. Intransparent calculation of city taxes (paid more than twice the amount of city tax in this hotel compared to a different place in the same city on the following days).

We arrived and were told we hadn't paid and had to pay for the room on arrival. After checking later in realised that we had paid so had been charged twice. This did eventually get sorted out but did take about 5 days. At the property the lift was often not working which was an issue for someone in the third floor with mobility issues. It is generally a nice hotel and other staff were helpful in sorting out issues after the initial check-in. Overall 3 star due to the fact that I haven't had any issues in other hotels of a similar standard that I've stayed in.

Great stay. I will stay again.
