사진보다는 펜션느낌이 강하지만 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 바다랑도 가깝고 직원들도 친절.

We stayed at the Waldorf Suite hotel from 19th Sept to 26th Sept. After doing hours of research, we picked this hotel because of the stunning pictures, particularly the amenities of the rooftop pool. The website said it had a heated pool, which was perfect for my mum who has arthritis, and cocktail bar. The rooftop area was closed. On our first day of arrival the pool was not clean, freezing cold and unusable. There was no cocktails or music. Every day after that the rooftop area was locked so we couldn't even use the sunbeds. We went down to the reception and they told us it was closed from September onwards for the end of the season. Their website mentions NOTHING about closure, we would not have booked if it did. I have been to hotels in European countries like Spain and Italy as late as November and their facilities have been open. There were many other guest like us who were annoyed at not having access to the pool. The rooftop area was also very dated and clearly decades old (not like the pictures). We were then forced to go to the beach for sunbeds and pay 6 euros per person per day to lie down which was a huge additional cost to our holiday. The hotel room also did not have a kettle, no way to stream Netflix on the TV and all the tv channels were in Italian. We would not go back.

Rent rum, härlig utsikt, vänlig personal, bra läge. Frukosten var si så där, men det var lågsäsong, så bl a brödet var inte färskt.

Sehr gutes Hotel Super Lage

I'll start with the positives. The staff where wonderful, breakfast buffet detightful, and the location brilliant. Now for the negetives. This facility does not offer the elegancy I've come to except from Waldorf. The decor is basic and very dated and we were missing some very basic thing in the room. There are no irons or steamers available in the hotel so forget your linens or anything that wrinkles. And no coffee in the room! You can get tea but bring your own coffee if you want a cup to wake up with. The stay was meant to be the opulent end to our honeymoon. Sadly it fell short in regards to the accomidations.

Nice suite. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Pool facilities were disappointing - a reflection of the season winding down in mid September.

Troppo gentili ,esageratamente.Dalla signora in reception e i colleghi per arrivare alla sala riatorante.Coccolano il cliente danno attenzione e quel buongiorno forte e positivo con il sorriso che ti donano.Ci ritornerei molto volentieri solo due cose da dire.Non hanno una rampa per portare i bagagli e purtroppo devi fare le scale,un'altra cosa per vendere 3 posti auto in piu' fanno parcheggiare sulla rampa di carico scarico degli ospiti e se devi caricare la macchina devi trovare un posto per stratda.Con la famiglia e' complicatissimo.grazie di tutto

Vi bodde på hotellet i 5 netter. Plassert midt i hjertet av alt som skjer på stranden. God lydisolering, men støyete ventilasjon som ikke lar seg styre i særlig grad. Slår over på auto… Harde senger, 90 talls stil og små bad. Enkel frokost.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, perfect for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. Everything was clean and well maintained, although the décor and facilities feel a little dated. Still, a comfortable stay overall with great service.

Hotellet är på en väldigt bra placering! Nära till stranden samt nära till restauranger och stan. Så mysigt med alla restauranger längs vägen.

Muito bem localizado, quartos bem confortáveis

OK standard på hotellet. Åpenbart ganske gammelt. Fin utsikt og hyggelig personale. Veldig harde senger og puter

Helt greit hotell. Bildene stemmer ganske dårlig. Badet var trangt og ikke i nærheten av hvordan bildene så ut. Sovesofaen kan ikke voksne sove på. Frokost helt grei. Dyr og trang parkering. 20€ per natts. MÅ IKKE ta i bruk vaskeritjenester. Vi betalte 209€ for 2 poser klær..

Tråkigt kalt och plastig soffa. Super litet badrum med ingenstans att ställa sin toa väska. Bilderna visar fina mysiga rum. Kostar extra att få färskpressad juise

Lovely old hotel in a perfect location!

The staff was super friendly and helpful, housekeeping, restaurant and front desk!! The location is great. We enjoyed the ocean view. We had a very nice balcony that was very large.

Room was tired. Staff were very helpful over laundry I needed. On check out they had forgotten to charge for items which I reminded them about. Breakfast was just OK. It was all OK for a 3 star (which it isn’t). There are much better hotels in Rimini.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. La camera era pulita e il buffet della colazione era davvero buono, con una vasta scelta di prodotti freschi. Ciò che mi ha colpito maggiormente è stata la cordialità del personale, sia alla reception che durante la colazione. Un servizio impeccabile che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissimo!
