The staff was the most friendly I e seen in a long time. The only downside was our air conditioner stopped working our last night there. We didn’t want to pack & move so just turned on the fan.

Great hotel in convenient location, clean and great service.

Helpful and friendly. Clean rooms and located in a good area.

Ok for one night. I’ve stayed in this hotel many times, but the service and facility have declined since I last visited 6 months ago. The Bed was super uncomfortable, room had a weird odor and bathroom looked like ceiling was cracking. I also noticed some bugs. Could use some cleaning and TLC.

We had an exellent time every thing went as planded

Everything was nice other than that bathroom smell. I booked non smoking and got smoking. Not sure if it was because I booked through Expedia.

No breakfast included, pool not heated no hot tub. Restaurants choices slim and ordered food very bland. Would have expected moore from Holton

Overall, our stay was amazing! From check in to check out, and everything in-between. Room was comfortable and accommodating. Only complaint is noise level of adjacent highway visible from the room.

Great check in process, the person running the front desk waa very courteous and professional.

After checking in fri afternoon room 226 had a restful evening . Saturday morning we went to visit family , on returning Saturday afternoon there was a horrible sewer smell in the room . Reporting this to the desk they moved us to room 318 . Had to make about 10 trips to move all of our belongings to the new room which was an inferior room to the first room . We have stayed there 4 to 5 times in the last 6 years or so wright after the remodel . Also we have not been E mailed a receipt yet . It seems like the property is somewhat going down hill . We switched from the Holliday Inn 6 or so years ago but now we are considering going back there ! Please Call me at 928-727-5753 .

We enjoyed our week in Albuquerque at the Hilton Garden. Breakfast burritos were great. The room was great except for the curtains. The shades were fine but the light curtains at the ends defeated the purpose of the shades. Even with that we’d stay there again. Highly recommend.

Pleasant staff. Overpriced imo. Found makeup on a pillow, sink had a ring around the stopper and would not drain. Breakfast looked good but was $15 a head. It was not included. For $175 you would think at least breakfast would be included.

Desk staff, restaurant staff …. Great !

There was a large pill of some kind on the floor of our room and our small dog almost ate it. Who knows what it was but it’s absurd that they didn’t clean the floor. I’m so pissed. It could’ve killed my dog!

Stayed for two nights and house keeping never showed up. Front desk handled the supply’s

Room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend asking for a room on the back side of the hotel because some of the traffic on the main road that the hotel faces can be a little loud.

Nice quiet property. Beds are comfortable dinner and breakfast option. A couple good restaurants expo and yummy local coffee shop restaurant

Laundry facility appreciated
