가성비 좋은호텔

4성급 호텔인데, 드라이어, 스킨, 로션, 빗, 슬리퍼 등이 없었습니다. 짐이 도착 안해서 아쉬웠습니다.

In general, hotel was fine. However, hot water was not coming out properly at the shower booth. I had waited over 10min, but fail to get hot water in the booth. So I had to use the bath tub… and the water supply through the shower hose at the tub was not strong at all.

I stayed here for the business trip. Nice staffs, comfy facilities; however, they don't clean out your room well. I was quite disappointed..

전반적으로 예상보다 괜찮았던 호텔입니다. 조식은 평범했지만, 호텔 객실이 넓어 아이와 함께 보내기에 불편함이 없었고, 특히 자동차를 발렛해주는 서비스가 편안해 아이와 함께 자주 이용하였습니다.

여기 최고에요. 버스 막 다녀서 오가기도 편했고 옆에 공원 예뻐요. 이 도시에 이 정도 되는 곳도 없을 듯. 조식 부페 괜찮습니다.

방 2개를 예약했는데 connecting room으로 가족들이 편하게 묵을 수 있었음. 방은 깔끔하고 주변에 깔끔한 레스토랑이 있어 식당 선택하기도 편했음. 아침식사는 다양한 종류로 편하게 먹을 수 있었음. c5 버스를 통해 구시가지로 가기도 편함.

Super séjour

It’s the first time I’ve not enjoyed the breakfast, which was disappointing. More concerning, however, was the service. Some staff came across as rude. while I understand not everyone may be comfortable speaking English, and probably it was a busy morning as well. But it’s not acceptable to speak about guests in another language, murmur behind them, or stare with visible frustration. Is this really the level of hospitality that this Marriott in Lyon aims to offer its guests? Was excited about the day to begin but this just happen to me at the restaurant. The day is just ruin.

La chambre etait parfaite avec un service a l ecoute de cliens, rien a redire

Un séjour agréable, mais le Marriott -une fois encore- ne retrouve pas la réservation Expédia et omet de placer un 3ème lit pour notre fille dans la chambre.

Très satisfait des chambres, du personnel de chambre et de toute l'équipe. Nous avons été vraiment ravis de séjourner dans cet hôtel. Nous reviendrons Merci pour cet accueil professionnel.
