The room condition is terrible. The building seems very old and the room condition is also very old. The window in the room couldn't open, but also wasn't locked completely. Maybe due to this this reason, very strong sound of a wind made a nightmare during whole night. Terrible unloading noise started from around 4:00 AM. The staffs are okay, but very normal as other hotels. English BF is okay. I'm not going to stay this hotel in the future. Don't expect this DoubleTree is the same as other DoubleTree.

Confusion at check-in - they had me as already checked in. Sorted out efficiently.

The breakfast was ample, varied and good, the staff efficient and very helpful. The restaurant however and bar (food) were both mediocre as well as way overpriced for what it was...so was disappointing. The late afternoon/ evening desk staff in particular were excellent...attentive, courteous and very helpful, which contributed to the pleasant stay

Clean room but the shower leaked causing water to collect on the floor, looking at the bath panel and flooring this isn't a new issue.

Overall very nice, Made the error of looking for a dropped ear pod and noticed under the bed there was food, toe nails and all sorts! luckily was after a solid nights sleep. breakfast very good. Bar, staff, drinks and desserts great, Would defo re-visit next time im in town.

The staff were very kind, and the location is convenient—very close to both the airport and the train station. The room was generally good: the bed was comfortable and the amenities were nice. However, the cleanliness could have been better, particularly in the bathroom. The shower area had some old, dried soap around the handles, and there was a yellowish buildup near the showerhead and along the bottom of the bathtub. I also found a bunch of hair stuck on the bathroom door, definitely a bit unpleasant.

Hotel was perfectly fine for a one night, overnight, stop. BUT don't let any reviews miislead you that you can walk from the airport in 10 minutes. Absolute nonsense. Long walkways and travelators. AND if you are a senior citizen PLEASE use the hotel shuttle. I am a senior, thought a walk would do me good after a long car journey, walked it pushing my suitcase, and diced with death trying to cross the Ring Road on foot! No pedestrian crossing!! Not funny!
