The room condition is terrible. The building seems very old and the room condition is also very old. The window in the room couldn't open, but also wasn't locked completely. Maybe due to this this reason, very strong sound of a wind made a nightmare during whole night. Terrible unloading noise started from around 4:00 AM. The staffs are okay, but very normal as other hotels. English BF is okay. I'm not going to stay this hotel in the future. Don't expect this DoubleTree is the same as other DoubleTree.

Just had the best ever Caesar salad

The requested twin room wasn’t available during check in, so were given a sofa bed and a queen. The room was so hot, the a/c box didn’t work, resulting in a terrible nights sleep.

Excellent location and facilities for an overnight stay with the kids. Really love we can have our 3 small children in the same room as accommodates 5. Family friendly and have stayed many times. Only downside is there is no crossing outside hotel for the road but that's not hotel fault just the airport design

Very close to airport

I did not like the fact that I received a parking infringement even though I was a resident guest and at checkin was not asked for vehicle registration number. This is absolutely unacceptable!

Nice hotel, great room. Awkward walk through the bus station to get to terminal but still less than 10 mins. Bizarre rules around eating - had to reserve a table in soulless restaurant to get a burger so ended up eating fries in the bar.

Just stayed overnight for an early flight, disappointed by the smell of cooked fish as we checked in at reception! Staff were lovely and attentive, the room was clean and quiet.

Not your usual Double Tree standard. Room was quite dated and facilities in the bathroom very poor. I asked for a shower cap but not supplied. Rooms not sound proof either - made sleeping quite difficult.

Quick check in & out. Friendly staff.

Its right by the airport, so getting up at 4am and walking the 8 mins to T1, or the 11 mins to T3 is a breeze

The room was not soundproofed in that the air conditioning unit above my room kept me awake. I raised the matter with reception who went to my room whilst I ate at their restaurant, they couldn’t hear anything (despite 3 of us occupying the room saying otherwise). I was offered an alternative room, which was declined as we’d settled in already. Unfortunately I only got about 3 hours sleep. At their restaurant, you can’t order bar food items, such as pizza, and eat that in the restaurant yet their children’s buffet offers pizza. My husband and I literally sat at separate tables eating our food of choice. I was disgruntled about that and staff said “they are the rules.” I’ll choose a different hotel when flying from Manchester again.

Great hotel, nice cocktails, easily walkable from the airport (terminal 3 and 2). Staff on the front desk were lovely. And a welcome cookie is always good.

Easy, convenient and close to airport terminals

Excellent stay 2 adults 3 kids. Spacious clean rooms, lovely breakfast and very attentive and pleasant staff.

Came for a two night stay to attend a two day conference. The hotel was perfect for my needs. Short walk from the train station. Comfortable, quiet and clean room. With absolutely delightful Staff! Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again
