짐을 옴겨주는 직원도 없고 호텔 복도는 두께운 카페트가 깔려 있어 캐리어가 잘 끌리지도 않았습니다. 방 문을 열자 마자 불쾌한 냄새가 났고 침구에서도 냄새가 났습니다. 샤워기도 벽에서 빠져 나와 있어 불안정 해 보였습니다. 공항과 가까운 호텔로 셔틀버스 운행 이외에 장점은 없습니다. 시내에서 자고 우버를 이용하는 것이 더 좋을 것 같습니다.

Nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise en arrivant de devoir payer le stationnement 258$ pour la semaine parce que nous avions réservé avec Expedia et que en conséquence, nous n’avions pas le forfait - hébergement et stationnement. La dame à la réception nous a clairement dit de passer directement par leur service la prochaine fois !

Pros: Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Airport shuttle was quick and convenient. Cons: Ice machine nearest my room was out of order and it was quite a long walk (the place is HUGE) to find a functioning one. The self-checkout system in the “market” in the lobby wasn’t working despite multiple attempts, and I didn’t feel like waiting in line at reception to pay for a candy bar. Road construction made walking from the bus stop rather tricky (though this isn’t the hotel’s fault).

Our accomodations were perfect for our quick trip in and out of Montreal. I searched online for the property closest to the airport and this one was great! We could have walked to the airport but took their very timely shuttle and were dropped at the door. Our room was clean, on the first floor and everything was just right! Of course, if in the area, we would definitely stay again!! Good job, Sheraton!

Beautiful room

Finding the door number eight to catch the Sheraton shuttle proved difficult. Airport staff directed us to the door upstairs that was marked with an 8 but that proved to be the wrong one. The correct door eight was on the lower level marked with chalk. Called the hotel but got no answer. Resorted to a short taxi ride with a grumpy race car driver. Not a very nice arrival.

Loved the proximity to airport, shuttle schedule and the variety of meal options at restaurant.

Bel endroit, très propre, service de restauration et de bar A1. Navette gratuite de l'aéroport P.E Trudeau vers l'hôtel et vice-versa pour le retour vers l'aéroport. Personnel sympathique, chambre très confortable, moderne, bien équipé. J'y séjourne souvent !!!

We stayed a night at this hotel so that we could get to an early flight. The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and quiet, and we enjoyed a nice meal at the in-house restaurant.

A great hotel to stay in pre flight

Clean hotel, with easy access to the airport. The staff can be a bit more friendly though
