Hotels.com screwed me out of my money because I did not purchase there “protection “ and blamed it on the properties policies. Which is a lie cause I called hotel and they said since I used hotels.com that I had to go through them about any issues. So basically hotels.com is a scam!!

The hotel was fairly quiet given it was a holiday.

There’s a bush near handicap where I parked that is not in a good place. It almost covers an entrance around the side and can’t see if someone is standing there

The only reason I’m giving it 2stars is because Expedia gave me a credit and was available late at night when I reached out. However the hotel itself gets 0 stars. We stayed in room 304 and it had several roaches and ladybugs in the bathroom and crawling on the ceiling. The hotel clerk moved us to another room which smelled horrible. When I asked if there was another room, I was told no because they’re doing renovations.

I loved my stay. I had surgery and they took good care of me. I appreciated everything!

My room was not properly prepared upon check-in. The beds had not been made, and the bathtub contained hair, including what appeared to be pubic hair. This was disappointing and raised concerns about the overall cleanliness and quality control of the room.

Staff was courteous from check in & thru out our coming & going. Room clean & they put out group on same floor.
