I felt safe and comfortable here, not only inside the hotel, but outside as well. Staff was very gracious and check in was easy.

The staff was amazing and the free breakfast was good.

We had a medical appointment at the st. Joseph’s Hospital. It was so closed and easy to get there. The breakfast was delicious!

The location was perfect, accross fron Barrow Institute. Did not appreciate paying $10 to park my car overnight.

I expected it’d be a much cleaner and nicer property based on the reviews I read prior to booking. It’s not a terrible property, my family and me are just used to nicer properties. Learning experience for the next trip to Phoenix.

Friendly staff,management should improve the quality of their breakfast and also use fragrance for the room.

My stay was great frim start to end, friendly staff, clean.

We picked this hotel originally because it seemed safe and close to dining options. And it was (hospital and medical schools all around). We came back a second time because of that and the breakfast! One of the best breakfast buffets we have had - they do a great job of making the food tasty and nicely presented!
