가족여행으로 최고의 선택. 근처에 큰 마트도 있고, 필요한 모든 편의시설이 호텔근처에 있어 아이와 숙박하기에 큰 무리가 없었습니다. 다시 밴프로 여행오게 되면 다시묵고 싶어요

이 호텔의 최고의 장점은 밴프 시내랑 가까운 위치에 있어서 접근성이 매우 매우 좋습니다. 객실은 깨끗한편 입니다만, 객실 위치에 따라 만족도 차이가 큽니다. 저희는 창가가 반대편 객실과 너무 가까워 프라이버시에 대한게 많이 아쉬웠습니다. 그리고 생각보다 많이 어두워서 모든 조명을 다 켜도 그렇게 도움은 되질 않았습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 적극적으로 도와줘서 좋았습니다. 직원들 서비스는 매우 만족합니다. 주차장은 객실대비 부족한편입니다만, 지하2층까지 있어서 잘 활용만 한다면 좋습니다. 다음에 밴프에 방문한다면 또 방문 할만 합니다. 추천합니다.

급하게 결정한 밴프 여행이었는데 운좋게 좋은 숙소가 남아있었다고 생각해요 아이들이 있어서 객실내 전자렌지가 필요했는데 전화하자 바로 갖다 주셔서 감사했고요. 객실은 깨끗하고 침대도 푹신했어요

시내에 중심가에 있어 환경이 매우좋으며서도 조용합니다

Was a good price for one night right downtown and we liked that it included underground parking. Was a great start! However the bathrooms were so small, and the walls were paper thin. All night, we could hear other guests talking, especially in the morning. It felt like they were in our room it was so echoey. Kept us awake most of the night. Another thing is both the beds didn’t have fitted sheets which we didn’t notice until the morning when making the bed. They used a regular sheet that was tucked to act like a fitted sheet but it only covered 3/4 of the bed, exposing the bottom half of the mattress? We had never seen that before! Very sloppy lol. First time staying here and honestly we wouldn’t stay there again.

Great location and very accommodating for travel with pets. We look forward to staying here again.

Ptarmigan is ideally situated for downtown Banff and the bus stop for Sunshine Village and Lake Louise ski resorts are right outside the door. Rooms are kept clean and ski lockers were included in the price. The beds were remarkably comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Generally speaking despite being a little tired in areas- it is a perfect base for a ski trip at a very good price point. We would return for sure.

We loved this hotel. It was the perfect walk to downtown Banff with it still being on the main strip. The staff and hotel and even the restaurant plus the hot tub area were all super clean and friendly. The only downside to this hotel is that the balcony’s aren’t in the sun and you are facing super close to the other hotel’s balcony's. Thank you for making it such a good weekend, we would definitely book again!

It’s a great hotel, however, it is currently under major renovations.

We loved that it was so close to the shopping downtown in Banff. The free unground parking was great as it had just snowed. The staff was friendly and awesome and the room was big and very clean and comfortable. It doesn’t have a pool so my daughter and her husband and family would not stay there. I missed the mountain view from my room but everything else was great. I would try the restaurant and hot tub next time.

The rooms were clean. Very little room in the bathrooms for anything (no counter space). Pool and sauna amenities are not as good as advertised. Very small, not usable by more than 4-5 people at a time which is not ideal. Did not get to use because of this. Front end staff were awesome. Close walking to everything downtown, parking was decent.

Great property: super clean rooms, dog friendly, and an incredible location on Banff Ave. The Rocky Mountain soap company products are also a nice touch.

Perfect location

Excellent location close to downtown Banff, yet far enough to be quiet and restful. I was able to park in the underground garage, and walk to restaurants, shopping, and hiking around the town. Would return!

Great location as we could walk downtown. Rooms very spacious. Excellent price for size of room. Only negative was the underground parkade is low (only 6). Moose is 6.7 which is better for our truck. Other than that we had a great stay. French last was amazing. Friendly staff.

The stay was very pleasant, the only issue that on Thursday night there was quite a racket going on outside at about 11:30ish (just outside my balcony door), but I don't think there is probably much you can do about it.

Property had been updated. Close to amenities. Underground parking.
