There was no internet, no phones, and the cords for the TV were missing, so no TV not even antenna TV. When they got a cable cord 5hrs later the TV. wouldn't turn on, and there was no clock (alarm clock). The elevator was broken no-one to help carry your things and no luggage carts. No discount for nothing working, front desk said, “don't like it go somewhere else”. And as for the room, first off couldn't get in the room because automatic key Lock was not working properly, it would not turn red or green look like the battery was dead, when I told the front desk, the told me to, “just keep jiggling the handle, push hard on the door and keep putting the key in and out until the door opens.” There was no cabinet doors on the cabinets. there was no door handle on the bathroom door, and no cover on the bathroom vent, which was not working anyway. If they got a few of those things fixed it could possibly be OK. I felt so unwelcomed and unwanted at this hotel and it was like they were trying to compete with the price of other hotels and trying to price people out. There are no amenities whatsoever or Service help, no breakfast, no complimentary anything.. Terrible experience I will never stay there again.
