주방시설이 갖춰진 스위트룸을 예약했는데 냄비 후라이팬 주방도구들이 없었습니다. 아침마다 조식 식당에는 사람들로 붐볐고 식사 공간이 좁아 방에 가져와서 먹었어요. 침대는 크고 편안했다는 점은 좋아요.

It was very humid in the rooms and everything felt wet. It was hard to get that feeling out of the room. I think they need to update their ventilation.

The room was amazing and the staff were really friendly!

Pull out couch definitely need replacement. Really uncomfortable. Bathroom needs update.

Stay was good.

The place is nice, but I reserved a room with two queen size beds because I was traveling with my daughter. We got one king with a pull-out couch. They could not remedy it because they said they were full so I slept on the pull-out. Not great for my back but my kid needed rest because she had testing the next day for martial arts so I gave her the bed. When I lifted up the pull-out couch to make it up, there were French fries all over the mattress from someone else. The next day when my daughter used the hair dryer in the bathroom somebody else left toothpaste and a toothbrush in the bag?? Service, and attention to detail make a big difference.

The hotel was perfect in a quiet area. Staff was friendly a good breakfast amazing room very clean very spacious five stars.

Terrible!! Le dieron prioridad a los teams que tenían hospedados y nos dejaron sin nuestra habíatacion, una cama para 3 personas y a último momento solo dijeron lo lamento por el inconveniente, les voy a dar un mejor cuarto, más pequeño y con solo una cama pague extra por nada, no lo recomiendo

Room was clean Staff were great and helpful Variety for breakfast One negative note, the toilet seat should be replaced, it had a Crack in it

Nice to have the kitchenette and breakfast was ok . Amazing location near park and so close to airport. Staff helpful. Standard room clean is every other day and our room was cleaned very late in the day even when we requested early clean so that was disappointing. Musty smell in room and corridors.

Breakfast is really good. Place is clean, room was spacious, place has a good vibe overall.

Arrived at the hotel and while checking in, it was brought to my attention that we needed a credit card to pay a $200 security deposit, don’t have a credit card as I don’t want any debt! This was a huge issue. Offered to give $500 security deposit cash, refused, offered $1000 refused. Had to spend over £100 on a call to transfer funds to my debit card which resulted in stupid fees and a crappy exchange rate. Ridiculous, not everyone has a credit card. Finally checked in, room for 3 guests. 1 bed made up, sofa bed not made up, no sheets, no bedding and no pillows another trek to the reception. 1 sheet, and 1 pillow left! Not a great impression. Told by manager that breakfast was at 6:30am up and ready for it and it’s 7 am, no good for us as we had to leave for our flight. Booked hotel as it stayed free breakfast, pool and Free shuttle No shuttle Pool was okay. Rescued a bug from it then got tangled up in a mighty amount of disgusting hair. Put me right off. Not a pleasant experience for what was a very expensive stay.
