주방시설이 갖춰진 스위트룸을 예약했는데 냄비 후라이팬 주방도구들이 없었습니다. 아침마다 조식 식당에는 사람들로 붐볐고 식사 공간이 좁아 방에 가져와서 먹었어요. 침대는 크고 편안했다는 점은 좋아요.

The place was excellent

While the hotel is reasonably priced and well-located, my stay was overshadowed by poor cleanliness and an unprofessional service policy. Key Issues: Poor Housekeeping: Housekeeping did not service my room during my stay, despite me never placing a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. When I mentioned this at checkout, the front desk staff simply asked if I had requested service. It is highly unusual to have to request daily room cleaning as a standard hotel guest. Lack of Deep Cleaning: The hygiene standards are concerning. I unfortunately had to look under the bed to retrieve a dropped item and discovered a massive accumulation of dust, trash, and debris. It is clear that the area under the beds has not been cleaned in a very long time. The breakfast is served in carton dishes and cutlery, so you know what to expect.

Clean and neat

The hotel was very nice, room was nice and spacious! Breakfast was great. The 2 gentlemen at the front desk were very cold upon check in and maybe racist. Other than that the rest of the staff especially the cleaning ladies, were very kind.

Cleanless standards are low. Renovation required. But staff is supportive and friendly.

The pool was closed so we were disappointed. Everything else was great.

I stayed for a week and it was comfortable. The gym looked like it was recently renovated and the pool was clean and a good temperature! The complimentary hot breakfast was decent. I will say that a dish drying tray and cleaning sponge would be ideal to provide for those of us who actually cook in the rooms. Staff was helpful and I loved that it was only 3 floor so taking the stairs was a great option.

We were rushed through check out and the room number was written sloppily so we tried the wrong room first. The outside door closest to our room did not open with the key card so had to use another door. We had to leave early due to our flight so no free breakfast.

Wonderful! Very spacious rooms, love that they all come with a stocked kitchenette. We will definitely be staying here again.

Large rooms and great breakfast. We were travelling with a sports team and the hotel staff were very accommodating and allowed use the breakfast space to socialize in the evening at no additional cost.

Stayed 4 nights while in area on business. Great to have a small kitchen. Big room - clean and quiet.

Dated location, first room was spider web ridden, was later changed to a decent room. Staff was nice

Our flight was cancelled and we were stuck in the country we were visiting for an extra day. I called Towne Place Suites to let them know this and was told their policy is 48hrs notice for cancellations. So I paid almost $250 for a night there and never stepped foot in the place.

Great location and very kind staff.

Room was clean, beds comfortable. Building very quiet! This was a great bonus! Due to weather It was a last minute decision to come the night before our flight the next day. Some wear and tear in the room - stove top had crusted on food, couch had been scratched by a cat on the arm , Kitchen did not have enough glasses or coffee mugs. Also no hot water in the morning for showers, drain plugs in sinks stuck once closed and we could not open. Breakfast is definitely a bonus but 6:30 am was too late for our plans. Just a few refreshes in room and consideration for earlier breakfast options would be great. There were several people waiting at 6:15.
