Excellent

Breakfast was greasy sausage patties and overcooked tasteless eggs. One day of that and we ate out every other breakfast. Room service was nonexistent. We had to get towels and toilet paper and soap and shampoo from the front desk and housekeeping every day. Pool was frigid. I liked the available printer and computer. Staff was friendly.

Rooms were clean and adequate. Breakfast could have been better. The young lady bringing the food couldn't keep up. And NOBODY likes Orange Marmalade jelly. Ran out out of the Grape and Strawberry, but had tons of the Orange garbage. Staff was very helpful throughout our 5 night stay. They had a station for pet bags to pick up after them, but it had not been refilled in, probably years.

All great 👍, we have good relax and sleep.!!!!

I stayed for two days. On my last day I went to take a shower and the found the faucet was broken and I was unable to take a showers before I left. Very disappointed!!

The property was a little run down. It was dirty on the corners of the bathroom. The showers were old. I paid $180 so to me it was kind of spendy for a rundown place

I was in Boise for a memorial, not anything touristy. This particular location is in a walkable location for restaurants including Cheesecake Factory and IHOP. The area is clean and safe though with a high volume of traffic. It is quiet at the hotel though, because it is set a ways back from the street. Mine was an in-and-out visit, but the price was right, the room was spotless and I'm grateful for that.

Very comfortable, clean and nice. Breakfast was wonderful choice of items. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

24 hour pool was incredible. The place needs a good deep clean. We had quite a bit of dust/Cob webs built up on the walls and ceilings and corners needed swept. Staff was nice and accommodating. Breakfast pretty good. Overall it was not bad, but not the best hotel we have ever stayed at.

This hotel is in a very good location, close to a mall, dining options and freeway access. Also easy access to the downtown area. Our room was clean and comfortable but the hotel is aging and one annoying aspect was that the stairwell was dirty. For me a stairwell that is not vacuumed indicates a lack of concern for the overall cleanliness of the property. The hotel was okay but it was not what it could have been if cared for a bit more. Oh, and the shower was very weak.

The room was very spacious. Very comfortable room. It was very clean.

We had a great stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the continental breakfast wasn’t fully stocked our second morning, but other than that, everything was awesome.

In town with a family of 4 for a3 day softball tournament. Shower didn't drain and the king size bed was so broke down you slid to the middle. Asked in the first day to have someone come look at shower. They came by and looked at it but maintanence never did anything about it. After 1 shower the tub still had water in it over an hour later. Hopefully they fix it before the next person stays in that room. This hotel is in a good location and breakfast was good. More choices than a lot of hotels have.
