Nice hotel and clean, good location

Booked the hotel and called ahead to reserve a folding cot for a third person in the room. Was reassured it would be ready. When we showed up, the person at the desk denied the cot saying it wouldn’t fit in the room. Bad communication. When I called and spoke to the manager of the hotel, she was rude and combative blaming Expedia. When I gave the specific date and time I called the front desk, she seemed more personable. But it was a struggle.

We both felt that the matress was too soft, therefore we were not comfortable. Our room was situated over the open area of the breakfast and gathering area. As a result, it was very echo and we were easily awaken by noise.

This is a convenient place just off the highway and is easy to get to. There is a lot of shopping near by.

J'ai aimé l'hôte pour sa propreté et pour la gentillesse et la courtoisie de son personnel. Je comprends que ce Best Western soit une chaîne hôtelière qui a opté pour des chambres qui ne sont pas très luxueuses, mais il y aurait moyen d'ajouter quelques éléments pour améliorer le confort des clients, comme par exemple de petits tapis de descente des lits dans les chambres.

Très bon service du personnel. La salle du haut serait bien pratique s'il y avait un peu plus de vie. Pourtant, il y a un beau potentiel avec cette salle.

We did not find the hotel very accomodating for our group. Room and amenities were clean. Room very noisy but bed confortable.
