I would like to share a situation that made my family a bit uncomfortable during breakfast . There were several guests speaking and taking photos, but only our table was approached by a staff member named Tiara and asked to lower our voices. Our child was not louder than other tables, so the situation felt somewhat inconsistent. Also, whenever we take photos, we always blur or mosaic the faces of other guests without exception to respect their privacy. Because of this, the interaction felt unexpected, especially since we have never experienced anything similar at other hotels. We would appreciate it if you could kindly look into this matter and ensure that all guests are treated consistently and respectfully.

프랑크프르트를 여행하면 꼭 숙박해보길 권합니다. 고성에서의 우아한 하룻밤이 너무 즐거웠습니다.

시내 중심에서 좀 떨어져 있지만 역사적인 고성이 주는 아름다운과 멋진 회원제 골프장에 둘러싸인 자연 친화적인 숙소이다. 무엇보다가 잘 조성된 산책코스는 골프장 경관과 오래된 숲과 어울러져 최고의 휠링을 준다. 프랑크푸르트 공항까지 택시비는 50-60유로 사이정도 나온다.

건물이 고풍스럽고 조식도 좋지만 별로 할 게 없음 시내 관광하려면 교통도 불편함

최고에요. 고성을 개조하여 만든 호텔로 다른곳에서 절대 느낄 수 없는 분위기와 볼거리가 있어요. 마치 성에 초대받은 느낌을 느낄 수 있고 시설 내 장식품들도 박물관에 온듯이 100년전 물품이 그대로 전시돼있어요. 프랑크푸르트 호텔 중 1등이라 단연 생각합니다.

우선 산속에 위치한 옛 성의 모습을 간직한 고급스러운 호텔입니다. 호텔 로비에서 부터 방까지 모든것이 완벽했습니다. 또한 주변 산책하기에도 매우 좋은 환경이었습니다. 매우 만족합니다.

프랑크푸르트에 가면 또 갈거에요. 두 번 가세요. 아니, 세 번 가도 아깝지 않은 호텔입니다. 아주 만족 스러웠던 호텔이었습니다. 나만 알고 싶은 숙소인데 너무 좋아서 후기를 남깁니다. 모든 것이 다 만족 스러웠으나 다만 좀 아쉬웠던것은 조식을 먹을 때 따로 설명 같은걸 안해주셔서 그냥 서빙해주는 음식만 먹었는데.... 나가면서 다른 테이블을 보니 안쪽에서 부페처럼 다른 음식들도 가져다 먹더군요. 커피도 달라고 2번이나 요청했는데 커피도 마시지 못하고 나오긴 했습니다. 그것이 가장 아쉬웠어요.(호오오옥시 도옹양이인이라고 무우시이 한 거엇은 아닌지...? 라아는 생가악이 드렀지만 그으냥 조오케 생각하려어구요) 쨋든, 전반적으로는 아주 만족 스러운 호텔이었습니다.

오래된 성을 호텔로 리모델링해서 쓰고 있습니다. 프랑스에서도 성을 리모델링한 호텔에 묵었던 적이 있었는데. 개인적으로 여기가 더 좋았습니다. 단 비용이 비싸다는 점이 맘에 걸리지만. 어머님을 모시기에 더없이 좋은 장소입니다.

고성호텔답게 내부 장식이며 조경도 좋았고 위치상 관광용 호텔은 아닌지라 조용하게 잘 쉴 수 있었습니다. 차 없이 버스와 도보로 이용하였는데 독일 고성호텔을 한번쯤 이용해보고 싶다면 추천할만합니다. 조식이 특히 맛있었습니다.

호텔 자체는 최고입니다. 단 골프를 하시는분이 아니면 낮에 잔디깍는 소리가 쉬는데 방해가 됩니다.

고성에서 보내는 하룻밤이라 매우 특별했습니다 서비스도 좋고 청결도도 매우 만족스러웠습니다 인터넷에 후기가 별로 없어서 불안했는데 공항에서 20분 정도면 도착하고, 하나의 관광명소를 간 느낌이더라구요

시내에서 차로 10~15분 거리에 있으며 함께 있는 마을 또한 아름답습니다. 출장시 항상 프랑크푸르트 시내에서 지냈지만 앞으로는 무조건 이 호텔을 이용할 것 같습니다. 아름다운 경관, 직원들의 친절함, 아늑한 객실 분위기... 단점을 찾기가 힘듭니다. 무료 구두 클리닝 서비스도 감사했고요. 저녁에 바에서 마티니 한잔 마시는데 멋진 피아노 라이브 연주는 잊지 못할 추억이 되었습니다. 감사합니다.

everything is perfect

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und der Service perfekt. Das Dinner am Abend köstlich.Auch das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen. Das Ambiente im gesamten Schloß war traumhaft. Dies war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt im Schloßhotel Kronberg.

Eine grandiose Auszeit. Wir haben jede Minute genossen.

Whether relaxing in the gardens, enjoying a quiet moment in the library, or simply soaking in the atmosphere, the entire experience felt luxurious and serene. Kronberg Schlosshotel is more than a hotel — it’s an experience. I can’t recommend it highly enough and can’t wait to return. An easy five stars! 🌟

Hotel is just as beautiful as it was 50 years ago! Beds are hard and hot water was a little difficult to keep hot. The bar menu and sitting fireside in the lobby are better options than the formal restaurant (closed Mondays). Breakfast is also much better than the formal restaurant. Perfect for golfers or anyone who wants the feeling of being a guest at someone's home with old world charm. Pet friendly as well.
