역대 여행중 가장 특별했어요. 이전 성을 리모델링한 호텔이라 그런가 신기하기도 했구요ㅎㅎ

룸 컨디션도 너무 좋고 직원분들도 친절해서 좋았습니다 조식도 맛있고 전반적으로 좋았습니다

별로 친절하지않은호텔입니다 객실이작습니다 직원들이불친절합니다 가격대비별로추천하고싶지않습니다

환상적인 하루였습니다. 서비스며 가격대비 5성급호텔중 좋은것같아요 떠오르는 해를 보며 먹는 조식은 최고였어요

What can I say except marvellous hotel

Its a nice hotel. I like everything, except the food is not great at all. Also, the spa/ sauna showers area could be cleaner . Thanks

Getting a coffee, water or orange juice at Breakfast didn‘t work at all. 2 days we waited 20 minutes for a coffee. So the Service at Breakfast needs massive improvement. In our room 843 the shower was broken and the SPA for the size of the Hotel was by gar too small ( only 4 daybeds in the quiet Zone)

Property is beautiful. Getting a little outdated but does not take away from the convenience of being close to Palma and yet very quiet and great old Castillo with gorgeous views!! And on the golf course ⛳️

This hotel has everything: views, shops, friendly staff, and great food and service. Will visit again. Highly recommend

Excellent hotel and facilities. The taxi situation was not comfortable at all and rather off-putting. Hotel staff on the whole super super kind and solutions focused. Yet yesterday, I was told to "tranquilo" by a staff member by the pool which I was shocked by. Other than that the rooms were clean, big and comfortable yet the lights were not working easily and the Air Conditioning Unit is not as user friendly. The food options by the pool could use some work - as it took to long to order, and was never approached once by a waiter or hotel staff.

Beautiful location and views. The grounds were lovely. Food and service was outstanding at the dining room and we’ll as breakfast. Breakfast was plentiful, varied and delicious. Fresh squeezed orange juice every day was amazing. Great stay all around!
