전체 평가 및 리뷰 Sofia Balkan Palace

소피아 가장 중심에 위치한 역사깊은 호텔입니다. 중세궁전에서 투숙하는 기분이 들어요. 내부 인테리어나 시설은 다소 빈티지가 느껴지지만 호텔 서비스나 수준이 좋습니다. 방 사이즈도 꽤 넓어요. 최신 호텔을 기대하시는 분에겐 추천하지 않습니다. 호텔 조식이 훌륭하고 조식당에서 소피아상이 바로 보여요. 주차는 건물바로 앞 외부시설을 통과해서 호텔앞에 가능하고 유료입니다.

친절한 직원들, 깨끗한 객실, 훌륭한 위치. 모두 만족스러움 그러나 주차장이 유료로 되어있고, 비용이 비쌈

너무나도 만족

Very nice hotel in a great location. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Lots of hot water and great water pressure in the shower. Very convenient for exploring central Sofia, and there's a metro station outside the hotel.

The hotel itself is excellent; however, access is somewhat inconvenient, as guests must transport their luggage (on a cobble road) considerable distance from the car drop-off point to the hotel's door.

You get exactly what you expect

La propiedad es majestuosa pero el acceso es dificil. Los vehiculos deben parar a unos 150mts de la entrada del hotel inclusive arrastrando las maletas sobre adoquines. Por 3 noches tuvimos que abrir la ventana pues el aire en 21`C expulsaba aire caliente y no pudimos dormir. Lo notificamos y el tecnico decidio apagarlo.

Good location. Clean room although was unable to control room temperature to air conditioning as it was in heating mode

This is by far the best hotel in Sofia. It is very central, clean and good service. I did notice the doorman or bellman does not open the door for you if if he is right there.

The level of attentiveness from the staff was excellent - Would use this hotel again.

Das Hotel ist Großartig der Service Perfekt und meiner Meinung nach das beste Frühstück in Sofia der zweite Raum der Suite war nicht Schön da stand in einem Leeren Großen Raum eine Couch und eine Matratze sonst nur Weiße Wände

Their AC system was not up to the mark.It was not cooling the room.This should be improved.

Location location location. Right in the middle of things. Room is very nice, good size, clean and convenient. Good breakfast.
