This hotel has good service, rooms are spacious and the location is good. But the building and the rooms are old and does not feel like a 5 star hotel. The hotel is very clean but feels old.

밤에 기찻길 소음이 다소 시끄러움. 지하철로 주변 이동하기에는 매우 편리. 걸어서 다닐만한 곳엔 별게 없음.

전반적으로 높은평점을 줄만해요. 특히 수영장이 있어서 좋아요

I stayed there at the end of 2017. The overall service was excellent. I had a little issue on extra bed but they tried to their best to resolve the issue. The overall process to manage the issue was very impressive. I had a great dinner at the hotel restaurant, particulary ravioli, the best italian food in my life. If I visit Milan again, definetely I will stay here.

위치는 중앙역에서 택시로 약 10분입니다. 8-10유로정도 나왔습니다. 직원들이 굉장히친절하고 룸컨디션도 좋았습니다. 아쉬웠던점은 잠깐 외출후 돌아오니 문이열려있고 엔지니어직원이 들어와있었습니다. 왜 게스트 허락도없이 들어오냐고 하니 프론트에서 tv점검하고했다는데 굉장히 불쾌하여 물으니 커뮤니케이션 오류라며 몇번을 사과했습니다. 그 외에는 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다

Wonderful lokation, beautiful hotel and helpfull staff.

The hotel is located in the center of it all. Upon arrival, I was amazed by the luxury the property offers. The staff was extremely professional and welcoming throughout my stay. The hotel features a Michelin-star restaurant, and the bar offers live music, which creates a great atmosphere in the evenings. The gym is very modern and includes a rooftop view of the city, making workouts especially enjoyable. Most of the main attractions are just a 15–20 minute walk away. I would recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes or sneakers for exploring during the day—but when you go out in the evening, it’s definitely a place to dress to impress.

The hotel was nice, the thing I had that disheartened me was indeed i booked on a very busy period, my room rate was very high and expected, though being charge a surplus for continental breakfast , given the nightly rate I had, should not have been done, doesn't make sense, this left a sour taste to be honest
