산타마리아노벨라 역에서 비교적 가까웠으나 여름철, 짐이 많은 경우에는 걸어가기엔 힘들 수도 있을 것 같아요. 저희는 역에서 택시타고 이동했습니다. 조식을 special price로 제공해주어서 만족스러웠으며 전반적으로 고풍스럽고 조용한 분위기가 좋았습니다. 저녁에 야경을 보기위해 라운지를 이용했었는데 서비스 및 음식 모두 만족스러웠습니다. 또한 침구가 매우 포근해서 다른 호텔에 비해 숙면을 취할 수 있었습니다. 다시 피렌체에 가게 된다면 Westin Excelsior를 주저없이 고를 것 같습니다.

Perfect hotel

Nice hotel in the heart of Firenze , friendly staff, comfortable rooms (although a bit small). The only caveat is there’s no coffee machines in the room which should be a standard in all hotels nowadays.

Beautiful hotel on a lovely piazza and facing the Arno. Quiet outside of the busiest tourist area . But still walkable to all that you would want to see in Florence. Great roof top bar and restaurant. Service very useful and friendly.

Very elegant hotel with an old school customer service oriented staff. They happily helped with every request. Make sure that you don’t skip the rooftop dining. The only thing better than the food is the view!

Great room, close to eve

A beautiful hotel in the heart of Florence. Nowhere was too far to walk. The room was amazing and the surroundings were magnificent. The staff were fantastic and the bar area was amazing with a live Piano play on each evening.

We've visited Florence several times now and always loved walking pas this iconic building with the view that one day I would stay there. This visit that goal materialised. A great reception from the ladies in reception led us to our room facing the Arno River. The room was huge, king sized bed, and bathroom well appointed. Clean and spacious. Superb bedroom. Breakfast is also a treat. They have a chef who makes the most fantastic omlettes, and the stocking of the buffet breakfast is done maticuloulsly. Our go-to hotel from now on when we will inevitably return to Florence.

The Westin is located in a very convenient area you can walk everywhere from there, lots of places to eat and safe area. We really enjoyed our stay 🙏
