someone else’s hair in the shower, shower overflow and leaked. Pool overcrowded with kids. Breakfast poor quality - had to ask 3 time for a drink

Parking was okay but we couldn't get the car charger to work. Tried 3 if them. Luckily it's a plug in hybrid so we were able to use petrol instead. Room was good. Staff very helpful. Pool nice but full of members of the club so unable to use all the facilities as the members were using them all the time. Bar was nice, food very good. Restaurant excellent.

A great stay, will definitely stay again!

Two octogenarians wanted 3 days of gentle swimming, jacuzi, gentle walking, nice food - all brilliant. The food was very neuvaux and very tasty - one small complaint. I doubt whether the helpings were sufficient for a couple of 20 year-olds.

Used the pool, steam and jacuzzi. All facilities within that area were immaculately clean, including the changing room. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely location great facilities

Clean room, although milk wasn’t in a fridge so tasted sour by the morning. Toiletries enough for one person not two. But smelt lovely. Breakfast wasn’t included in the price. It was £30 pp added on top or in the bar & grill £17.95 for a full English or £12.95 for avocado & egg on toast which is reasonable. Breakfast menu was quite basic but free range which was very nice. Service from all staff was very good, friendly, and attentive. Beautiful grounds and hotel. We didn’t use the spa or pool but it looked amazing.

The hotel was fabulous. The rooms were spacious, the staff were hospitable and helpful. It was very welcoming of our dogs and the food was lovely. It was perfect for a mini break as both mine and my husbands interests were catered for. The Art foundation had a grest exhibition and my husband loved visiting the aerodrome and race track. We loved the spa too.

The hotel in general seems very tired and in need of some improvements in some places. Room was in good condition and a good size though. Only downside was there was no information about the hotel or restaurants etc. The staff were very courteous especially in the bar grill. Food was nice in here also. Breakfast was a bit of a letdown in the farmers restaurant, we weren’t told where to go, so ended up going to the wrong place firstly. There were not enough tables for guests, so queuing a while and it all seemed very chaotic. We had to ask for cutlery, there was a reasonable choice on the hot menu but the buffet was a poor selection.

Spacious room and very helpful staff

Outstanding stay from start to finish. Lovely location, friendly and professional staff, delicious food.

The room was great and beds comfortable, lunch was great at bar and grill and breakfast was good too. Only downside is kids in pool till 6pm. We felt like the jacuzzi and stream and sauna were very full around 5pm. Jacuzzi on one side no bubbles but on the other were. Needs an upgrade for sure. Maybe a hydro pool? Staff were friendly and helpful. In all a good stays. Nice to explore the facilities including the kennels and aerodrome and racing circuit. A lot to see in the vicinity so maybe more than one day needed.

Prior to arriving I received a call from the hotel asking if I had any questions regarding our trip or if we would like to reserve a table at the restaurant Upon arrival the car park was very busy and we found it difficult to find a space. The reception staff were very friendly but they didn’t provide us with any information about the restaurant, breakfast timing, health club or about the surrounding areas. The room was spacious and clean but the bathroom was quite tired and could benefit from a refresh, the waste bin was quite rusty around the bottom, shower leaked flooded the floor. Eating in the Farmer, Butcher, Chef Restaurant was reasonable, but pricey, but I suppose that part of the Goodwood product Car parking could be improved by implementing separate parking for hotel guests and health club guests. Check in could be vastly improved, just with some simple steps to make the experience more memorable Bathroom definitely needed a refresh Generally the stay was OK but nothing special too write home about

Most impressed with the field to fork menu, with meats including the venison reared on the estate.

TV in the room was on and off with signal and breakfast was ok

The breakfast was excellent! The whole place was very well kept and run by some really helpful staff. The room was top quality with the big let-down being the bed. The mattress was super springy and seemed to be a very old style mattress with springs poking through in places. Every time either my partner or I moved, we woke the other one up as it was like sleeping on a trampoline. To finish on a high note, the leisure facility access was a big plus and it was all really well run by the team. Would definitely consider a stay again if a firm mattress could be provided.

Staff were excellent and room

Beautiful room and grounds. A few ants in our bathroom and a bathroom door that was hard to open, but otherwise a good stay. £20 for a glass of house red wine at the bar was a little excessive too. Staff were helpful and loved the pool and location.
