Different kind of Marriot. Old and less maintenance…

The gentleman on reception who checked us in was really lovely and very welcoming. The room was nice and spacious. Pillows were a bit too soft for our personal tastes and rooms could do with a kettle but otherwise very happy with our stay. Breakfast was nice also. Staff definitely stood out for us as being the best feature of this hotel!

Very nice stay as a regular marriot guest. Unfortunately it seems the breakfast in my opinion has gone a little down hill. Hash browns not so crispy and the sausages seem a little less meaty. Always nice to have a swim even though the water is always cold. The sauna is lovely however. A lot of hotels now charge for parking as an extra income. It's a shame this hotel now does the same.

Good size room with two double beds, clean but a bit outdated. Swimming pool very nice, helpful staff and good food.

Lovely stay at the hotel. Staff all really friendly and helpful. Sat outside in the good weather and the food from the bar was excellent. Good quality sandwiches with huge fillings. Room was ok though a little tired in places but the air con worked really well.

Lovely property. Spa attached has an extra charge.

Great hotel and great location

Jag, min dotter och mina barnbarn fick tyvärr ett rum med en air conditioner som inte fungerade, 32 grader varmt ute och 29 grader på rummet. Tjatade till oss ett nytt rum och där var hårbalsam flaskan tom vilket upptäcktes när vi kom från den lilla poolen. Fick dock säga till två gånger innan det kom en ny till dörren. Ena hissen var sönder. Frukosten var ok med trevlig personal. Sängarna var helt ok. Monica från Sverige

Stayed for one night with family and really enjoyed it. It was also good price for the night with breakfast. The hotel is clean, breakfast was lovely. The grounds are really nice with sitting area/terrace with tables ...lots of green, trees and flowers which are well maintained. The staff were very pleasant. We had a good night sleep ..it was very peaceful and quiet in the hotel. Swimming pool is alright size (could be a bit wider as it got a bit busy but we still enjoyed our swim). Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel and facilities great value for money, Restaurant expensive for dinner, and steak disappointing but breakfast great and good value for money.

everything alright, nice staff, clean room

Really friendly feel about the place staff helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was nice my son found it very hard to lift the lids off the hot food as they was rather heavy, okay for adults but he's 10 and wanting to be independent was too heavy for him.

I asked for car parking they didn't give for my whole stay and I ended up with a fine. They didn't ask if I wanted the room cleaning and when I asked the next night I was provided with towels but the. It wasnt cleaned the next night. Poor service I travel to hotels a lit wont go to Marriot again.

Breakfast it was very good.Staff very helpful and kind...The only issue for me it was the toilet was not ventilation...

A lovely hotel with many things to do. Little bit of from Swindon but good if you have a car.

Great location, Great staff and lobby areas, Rooms were great, bathrooms a little tired. Pool area needed a lot of attention, the steam room was totally out of action and the fact there was a daily parking charge on top of the room charge was disapointing.
