Room reeked of stale smoke. Supposedly this was 100% smoke free hotel. Soap and shampoo dispensers hard to work.

It said the room had a balcony/patio, it had none. The whirlpool wouldn't drain after being used. The bed was very comfortable

We enjoyed our stay at Quality Inn & Suites.

Pool area was great

Carpet In hall had a rip In and hall had an odor. Room was clean, bed comfortable.Overall good but a little pricey.

Very comfortable and convenient location. Pet friendly and great bike path for walking.

The coffee available was horrible. The vending machines did not work. The pool was closed. The noise above me was like a herd of elephants. The sheets were worn and there were plumbing issues.

We stayed in a room that

We stayed in a handicap accessible room. The room was nice and comfortable. The only complaint was the shower was very slippery and had to put a towel on the shower floor to keep from slipping. I reported it to housekeeping, they cleaned the shower floor but it was still very slippery. I reported it to the front desk on checkout and he said he would get it taken care of.

We had a king size suite and it was good but the breakfast area was small n barely any options and they dont allow guests in the pool

The hot tub was nice but spouting cold water from a couple of the jets so, it could've been hotter. Beds were nice & comfy. TV & lights a bit outdated.

The room we were in did not have much sound insulation. Children running through halls in the morning, could nearly hear the conversation word for word in the connected room. Good enough for a 1 night stay, but I wouldn't recommend an extended stay.

It was good for a one night stay.

The room was old but semi clean. There were people in the hallway yelling throughout the night. I would not stay here again.

They need to update shower / bath facets (shower head). Some new lamps as well. Heater/AC thermostat wasn't working, but we managed.

Nice and clean

I loved the hot tub in room and the pool and hot tub area in the 1st floor. Everything was great.

Our room smelled musty and stale smoke. The beds very uncomfortable. The drain in our whirlpool was broken and we had to hold it up manually to let the water out.
