Located where you can easily access all the Orlando sites. You can travel easily from this hotel and visit parks, city, etc. It also has good restaurants and shopping options nearby.

The room wasn't clean

The room and bathroom were clean, but breakfast was very simple and 30 minutes late.

Was not enjoyable. Only stayed for one night. The airport shuttle was not available for us so we had to take an uber.

I had reserved a rom for myself from Thursday, 4/24/20025 through 4/27/2025, (Thursday through Sunday). I had arrived on Thursday. Friday morning, before leaving for the day, I have requested the front desk to fix my bed and clean the room. I found it was ok when I returned Friday evening. Next morning on Saturday, I have requested to fix my bed and clean my room. The representative at the from desk told me that they do not provide such service on Saturday and Sunday because they do not have housekeeping staff for the weekends. I have explained the clerk that I have paid the rate and I do expect each morning to have my room clean and the bed be fixed for each day of my stay. When I returned Saturday evening, I found my bed was not fixed and room was not clean. Nothing was clear on your website and I am thinking why I have stayed at this property? Besides the cap was open to the bathtub, sink. The sink was not getting hot water. The floor will leave black stuf fon your footsore if you walk without flipflop. I have not taken photo.

I paid for the room, drove from Tallahassee to Orlando. My card was charged, up on getting to the room the owner refused to allow me to stay after my reservation was paid for in full. Then the owner refused to issue refund

Overall check in was a breeze because I completed online check in. Front desk staff was friendly and greeted me when entering. On the room Ceiling Lights did not work or there was a magic switch somewhere we could not find. Couch bed did not have mattress or bedding. Bath tub needs to be replaced. Only here for one night to sleep before early morning flight.

To start, the person in front had no manners as front desk person, second, the room had a bad odor, like old home that had been abandoned for a long time, the water faucet for the sink didn’t work, we got there late at night, so we did t feel like walking all the way to the front desk to get another room, and when I tried to use the shower, I couldn’t send the water to the shower head, the lever was off from the tub spout. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve been in. Oh, and to top it off, the tv was only in black and white lol

Hidden gem in Orlando.

I couldn't sleep because the pillow on the bed. Smells funny like sweating.

I want a refund. The manager was awful, and they ended up giving me the wrong room. When I said something, he threatened to make me leave. mind you this is in the middle of the night.

As soon as my daughter and I walked in very late at night, we were graded by two very large cockroaches, crawling around the door frame in the floor, and we couldn’t turn on the light because the cord was cut. And there was no shade on the lamp. It was just a lamp stand with a lightbulb… That didn’t work. It smelled like cigarettes so bad That we could barely breathe in there. There were cigarette ashes on the toilet seat as well. the table was leaking so there was pink slime mold around the drain that hadn’t been cleaned and God knows how long. My 7 year old daughter and I were traveling alone and this was a literal nightmare, we did not stay in this room, but had to go back to the lobby and ask for something different at 1:30 in the morning while we were already exhausted.

I found 3 cockroaches as soon as we entered the room , which I killed. It seems that it does very poor pest control, if at all!

Not easy to find. Gsve me a room with No toilet paper, cups, soap, and so on. The shower had mold and parts of the wall had sheetrock thst was missing.
