Loved this hotel!! Everything about it—rooms, people, access to Cork and close to the train!! Wonderful staff, great breakfast, terrrific room. Enjoyed everything about the city iver two days…

Very outdated building! Room, furniture and TV were all old! Room cleanliness was not very good, as there were stains in the carpet and molding growing the in the bathroom. Immediately upon arrival in the room there was a bad smell! Did not see one housekeeper or cart while there. Location of hotel was a positive though!

Stayed there for 4 days while attending a conference. It was an excellent option, well located, reasonable price for the region, quite clean , convenient parking, good breakfast.

Nice convenient location. Within walking distance of downtown. Rooms were clean and bathrooms were well stocked.

This hotel is beautiful with a great fitness center. Everything was 5 stars except we experienced some inconvenience due to the lack of AC in our room, Granted they are making updates and repairs so I think we were in the middle of that. They worked with us and we wound up being satisfied after several room relocations. I would definitely book here again. It’s convenient to everything! The staff was phenomenal.

The breakfast was good.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, very comfortable beds. The rooms without an outside window but with a window facing the lobby area are depressing. Some staff are super friendly and accommodating, some are not. We are flight crew and arriving at an hotel around noon, we often already have a busy day behind us and need rest. Most hotels understand this. Here we got told we had to wait a few hours. 1,5 Hour later we asked again, only to be told we had to pay 20€ per room extra for early check in. This is not mentioned on the paper with hotel rules and made us feel they’re trying to rip us off. The usual respect we receive in other hotels was non existant here. That’s a pity.

Expensive breakfast and bar food

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Good choice if staying in Cork!

Lovely hotel in the best location to explore the city. Only complaint was the water pressure of our shower. It wasile a trickle but everything else was amazing.

This hotel was in walkable distance for my groups stay. We did enjoy our stay, HOWEVER check in was at 1500 but we had some things to do so we dropped off our luggage. We were given the option to pay and check in early and “possibly” have the room ready earlier than 1500. Arrived back to the hotel at at 1630 to check in and head to our rooms. This is when we were told our rooms were actually not ready yet. So an hour and a half after check in and we still cannot go to our rooms.

Our room was incredible, excellent value for money, a minor disappointment to not have bathrobes provided but the room and view made up for that. All staff whether reception, bar, general staff or the leisure team, were friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast is reasonably good, a range of choices for all tastes, but could be improved by being hot where appropriate. Wonderful location, central yet quiet, and very convenient for buses, with the airport bus just outside. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent.

Staff on reception were so friendly and helpful. We had a great chat with Emma and Victor when we were checking in. Great selection for breakfast and all the staff greeted us and were very helpful and obliging.
