호텔 직원분들의 친절한 서비스가 좋았습니다~ 1층에 바에는 사람들이 가득하고 활기찬분위기입니다. :)

조식때 음식 위생이 그렇게 좋지는 않아요. 별개로 운영하는 레스토랑은 음식이 굉장히 맛있습니다. 시티 센터와 버스로 10-15분 정도 걸리지만 버스 운행 시간을 잘 확인하셔야 해요. 직원들은 굉장히 친절해요. 24시간 레저센터는 꽤 시설이 좋습니다. 재망문 의사 있습니다

전반적으로 매우 마음에 들었습니다. 다만 horse racing 기간과 겹쳐 가격이 비쌌지만, 그래도 그 분위기를 즐기니 더욱 좋았던 것 같습니다.!

Solid spot for a night’s stay in Galway. Not too close to Galway things, but walkable.

Similar scenario as other hotels in Ireland. They are not family friendly. Swimming pools kick children out by 6 PM. Nightly rates are insanely expensive. I truly don’t understand the point of a Hotel swimming pools that don’t allow children to swim in the evening

They helped us stay to close to my dad who is in a wheelchair. Getting to the pool was a little confusing.

The carpets are old and the rooms are very outdated. No A/ C in the rooms, but they provide fans when we ask for. The staff was good.

No AC and dated interior.

Would not recommend staying at this property. I did find the staff extremely friendly and the first room we were given had been freshly painted and the odor was nauseating. The lobby furniture has stains all over it and the rooms are extremely dated.

We stayed three nights including breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. Provided tea and coffee bar in room. The bathroom amenities were lovely. Took advantage of the fitness area - used the pool, steamroom and sauna. Heavenly after a long day exploring. They provided towels and the area was very well kept. Breakfast was great - lots of choices and friendly staff. Entertainment in the evening was a nice way to end the day.

Rooms not yet refurbished are tired looking, still clean. Shower mixer cannot keep a constant

Staff are brilliant. Absolutely family friendly with space for all to move around. Bedrooms are well appointed, with comfortable beds.. Food is good and caters for all. Entertainment was great and really loved Silkwood Band who played Saturday evening.

Hotell med fokus på barnfamiljer vilket tyvärr innebar hög ljudnivå vid frukosten. En bit utanför stan (ca 30 min promenad) men hyfsat billigt med taxi och det går stadsbussar i närheten. Trevlig personal.
