The staff is always helpful. The hotel is very quiet.

Staff was great room was clean the bed was very comfortable breakfast was good I felt very comfortable there. Location is great I enjoyed my stay there and will stay there again.

The rooms are large, inviting and clean. Plenty of pillows! Lovely, friendly staff. Great location.

For the price it was good. Better than the other ones that are under 100 per night in Fort St John. Room was clean towels wee newer. Other people staying there are typical to an under $100 a night hotel they are a little on the rough side but the staff deals with any issues which is good.

I will not be staying in this establishment again.

It has certainly been smoked in. We were in a pet friendly room with a layer of dog hair on the carpets and the breakfast looked terrible we didn’t end up eating there. Do not recommend.

My stay started out rough with strong nicotine odour, which can’t be helped when you run a hotel in FSJ where people are animals who can’t read or behave. Luckily the staff were super friendly and helpful and got me a new room, no problems after that My only complaint were the other patrons of the hotel on loud speaker voice calls, in the hallway, again, FSJ. Lol

Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was great.

The room was as described with additional seating, comfortable beds, refrigerator and breakfast included. The breakfast had variety of foods but the hard boiled eggs were dry. We didn't utilize the gym that was offsite but was avaible for use. Upon checking out we received a small bottle of local honey. I thought that was a nice touch.

This facility is great for work trips, accommodating staff.
