Gute Lage, große Zimmer, gutes Frühstück

The lighting for the room was really poor and dark. The shower was temperamental and not the best. Room temperature was either really cold or warm and breakfast was ok. Location is ok if you like to walk.

Staffs are wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. Breakfast could be better.

Excellent for a one night stay

The hotel is located in a very convenient location that allows easy walking to dining, grocery / convenience stores, and shopping. The hotel and rooms are clean and well-kept.

We enjoyed our stay at this newly renovated hotel. The service was excellent from the first greeting upon arrival . The staff were friendly and accommodating and we were very impressed with our room and the amenities in it

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel à Toronto. L’emplacement était top ! Pour ceux qui viennent en voiture il y a même un parking. La chambre était confortable et calme. Cependant le petit déjeuner dans les assiettes en carton, n’a pas comblé mon estomac. Peu de choix et les saveurs n’étaient pas à mon goût.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was excellent. The hotel is close to transport links and the city is easily accessible. Unfortunately the breakfast let down this hotel. Hot breakfast was limited and of a poor quality. Paper plates and cups, wooden cutlery. Not for us. More than happy with our room and high standard of cleaning. Whilst out of the hotels control there's alot of homeless people on the nearby streets and were incidents of anti social behaviour.

Das Frühstück wurde auf Einweggeschirr angeboten. Das geht überhaupt nicht und sollte dringendst geändert werden. Unter Nachhaltigkeitsgesichtslunkten ist das Hotel damit durchgefallen.

Average hotel for the price. The floor feels very dirty and sticky. The breakfast is very average.

The gym was good - strong weights and a cable machine too. Comfy bed. Good WiFi. Breakfast is continental with little protein and sugar aplenty. Location good close to tram and an easy walk into downtown . Free coffee available during the day. Clean and quiet I would stay again .

I can't say enough good things about my stay here. My flight landed early and they not only accommodated me with early check-in but also offered breakfast to me as well! Valerie at the front desk was so helpful and very kind.

Room was very clean, staff was helpful a nice complimentary breakfast, walking distance to train and to a lot of top attractions. Close to restaurants and grocery stores and convenience stores. Would stay again.
