The staff was very courteous, and the room was nicley cleaned. Restaurante was delicious

Clean room; friendly, helpful staff; tasty food in restaurant, though limited menu; comfortable beds; reasonable rates. Hotel does need more maintenance.

Rooms were a bit outdated. Walls damaged. But decent for a nights sleep :)

The pictures don't show you the smell, unfortunately. It smelled like hot gabage and stail cigarettes.

Price was good, limited choice. 2 queen roo.s only, no king bed choice.

The hotel is just very dated.

Hotel room I stayed in needs updating. Antique furniture. Would be nice if the restaurant stayed open later.

When we first arrived our key card wouldn’t work and of course we were on the 14th floor, so having to haul our stuff up and down was annoying plus only one elevator was working. When we got back to the hotel later that night there was garbage everywhere and people screaming and yelling . We had a rude awakening from a lady looking for her husband banging on everyone’s door and yelling his name. I don’t think we would stay there again

Everything went very smoothly

no room service, you have to go to reception for anything, phones not working, plugs were not working, no complimentary things not even a spoon, even if we asked they said we dont have. moreover the staff was rude the receptionists. Overall worst experience. i dobt know what was in their bwdsheets i got rashes all ober my body... not even me , my sister also. washroom was dirty no single thing was perfect not recommended to anybody to go 1 star hotel

This place is just getting old. The price reflects that. They need to start doing some upgrades.

Elevators Not working, bathtub drain not clean

Hole in bedsheets, uncomfortable beds, ticking noise from heat registers, only one out of the 3 elevators working.
