가족호텔로서 좋은 위치에 있어 편안하게 지내기 좋았습니다. 관광지나 쇼핑지와도 가까워 편리합니다.

We chose this hotel mainly due to the kitchen, and found it to be a great spot to stay. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was nice. The free breakfast was among the best we’ve had (and we use the free breakfast in many hotels). The equipment in the fitness center was functional. I would recommend to anyone. You couldn’t get a better place for the price if you want a kitchen and sitting area in your room.

The staff was incredibly helpful and professional and wonderful suite

Room was clean and great kitchen suppllies . Pool was dirty and cold ! I did tell them but not much done to make better. Grounds were dirty . Light was out by the door which made it gard when coming back after dark. Some homeless in area . Breakfast offered was good and staff that took care of that were great. Area was better when you went behind the hotel by the schools . Pool was disappointing.

Very very satisfied

The only thing that I saw that I thought needed to be done to the property would be to clean their carpets and be a little more cleaner in the common areas they look quite old at this point and the room smelled of old, but it was a nice day for the price.

I love the kitchen that allows me to make food whenever.

The bed was uncomfortable

Had no hot water the entire time, staff literally waited until i swiped and said “i forgot to tell you before you swiped we dont have any hot water” Beyond upset, out of town from Washington dc, they did comp half but 4 days with no freaking hot water is absolutely unacceptable

We stay here often when we go to Lakewood. It’s clean and in a great location!

All rooms have a kitchen and the room is separated from the living room and kitchen. Very spacious. Great service. Breakfast is typical continental breakfast.

Liked they layout of the room. It was very clean and comfortable.

This was an amazing hotel for the price, was not expecting it to be this nice.

I have never stayed at a residence inn before. I was somewhat surprised to see the quality of the dwelling compared to the price.Very good.
