Great stay!

Refrigerator was very small. Water pressure was so strong in the shower. It took my breath away literally so that it was difficult to shave or breathe. Outdoor pool was a nice size but there was no way to walk out onto the beach from the property. Slots were so tight that we left and played at the Hard Rock. The building smells wonderful. I think they must pump in aromatherapy. Bed was nice and firm. Faucet in the sink was too short, forcing you to touch your hands to the sink when washing. That's a gross feeling.

Our stay was wonderful! Our room was spacious and clean. Our ONLY complaint (and this is no reflection on the hotel itself) was our room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. We requested a nonsmoking room. The room had a nonsmoking sign. It’s a shame people can’t honor the request. The housekeeping staff came and sprayed the room, which helped very little. It’s a shame an otherwise wonderful stay was made less enjoyable by the actions of other people.

Checking in was difficult because of me not having my drivers license or passport. However I paid in advance through a 3rd party. I was just made to feel like I was trying to do something wrong. Difficult check in

The bad part was the food buffet. Charged an additional 15$ because of holiday. Nothing on the buffet was worth $50 total. Will not eat buffet again

Best place in the area to stay. Always clean and always great staff. Easy to navigate wherever you want to go.

Great trip. Pool was nice and shopping.

I had a blast I love the good customer service and the nice clean everything!!! Definitely will come back and they gave me and my mom a wonderful view!

Great hotel, but definitely casino driven...everything other than the casino closes at 8 pm...pool, arcade, coffee/ice cream shop, etc. If you travel with family, I would recommend a different hotel unless you don't mind those under 21 sitting in the room after 8 pm while you do something else.

Everything was Great...

Everything was wonderful. We had some minor issues with the bathroom. While draining the tub and running the shower at the same time the sinks backed up with nasty water.

The agent at check in was rude and unhelpful. Self parking is very inconvenient. You walk miles to get to the hotel lobby. No one is available to give you an overview of the hotel or casino. The buffet is absolutely awful, and the specialty restaurants are overpriced with mediocre food. In the casino, no one empties dirty ashtrays, picks up used glasses, etc. It is almost impossible to get a drink. The appear to be severely understaffed.

Went there for an entertaining night and enjoyed ourselves

The mini refrigerator was noisy at night and kept me awake. There should be microwaves in the rooms as other hotels allow. Housekeeping was efficient.

awesome resort friendly staff started with the bellhop Will! very clean rooms and restrooms pool service was great as well this is our comeback to when we visit!!
