I needed a clean safe place and this was perfect and inexpensive: great staff

AC didn't work

There is no elevator and the stairs are too narrow for two people to pass by. Convenient, clean, and front desk staff were friendly and efficient.

The experience was subpar at best, with a non-functional door lock, damaged carpets, and a strong odor of dog urine. The bathroom towel rack exhibited rust, the entrance door did not operate correctly, and an unidentified substance was present in the coffee maker. Furthermore, the air conditioning emitted an unpleasant smell. While the staff was satisfactory, I would not hesitate to provide a negative rating if possible, as the establishment fails to meet even the most basic standards. When asked if they had a pool they said yes as i was booking yet the pool was closed on arrival.

There was blood on the walls and stains on the chairs. The smell was awful.

So this property is in a great location, easy access to the interstate and lots of dining and amenities close by. It is aging and it shows, but my keycard worked every time, the bedding and towels were clean and fresh, the AC unit blew cold, and for the price this is a solid option for solo travel or maybe a couple. I’d say no to family staying if given the choice.

Always satisfied with my stay. All the staff are attentive and helpful. Overall, an enjoyable experience.

So my wufe is in wheelchair and I asked for handicap room which they don't haveivask

If you just need to only sleep this might be ok. The AC/Heater is really loud. One of the lights next to the bed did not work, had to move a light bulb to another light. Outlets don't exist, had to plug my phone into the outlet by the bathroom sink. Room didn't have a TV remote. Elevator was broken. Moved a cabnit to plug my light in and tons of trash under and behind it. Shower rod was falling out of the wall so was scared to even move it.

Pretty quiet, room wasn't in the greatest condition but it was cheap.

Every time I have stayed there, they have given me the best service and have treated me with the utmost kindness and respect

Let me say you get what you pay for! The hotel definitely needs a renovation! There was painting tape holding the wall paper on where there was wall paper. The sinks are from the 60’s. The elevator was broken! The rooms are thinner than a cardboard box! I would have got more sleep in my car with all the noise and floor shaking all night! The staff were super nice though. Last but not least the breakfast was nice.

The sink water ran black/grey for a little when we first got there, the fire alarm was chirping in the room before and during the stay, and the toilet was leaking water from the tank every time it would flush.
