HAD TO RESUBMIT BECAUSE HOTELS.COM REMOVED THIS REVIEW. CONSTRUCTION GOING ON. LOUD BANGING N MEN ENTETED MY ROOM TO ASK TO WORK. ROOM HOT. AC DIDN'T WORK. HOTTER IN ROOM THAN OUTSIDE. OPENED MY WINDOW TO COOL ROOM OFF. FRIDGE DIDN'T WORK. STRANGE CREEPY CHAIN BOLTED TO FLOOR UNDER DESK. TOLD I CAN HAVE ANOTHER ROOM BUT THAT DIDN'T SOLVE CONSTRUCTION NOISE. TURNED IN MY ROOM KEYS N SAID I WAS LEAVING. LEFT N WENT TO ANOTHER HOTEL. WONT REFUND ME MY RESERVATION. HOTELS.COM SAYS UP TO PROPERTY NOT THEM. CONTACTED BOTH N NEITHER HELPED.

Room was standard, everything worked, one of the sheets had a stain. Could use aesthetic updates, but beds are fine, AC works, lots of pillows provided. My concerns came with the bathroom—there was a hole in the ceiling above the shower, the bath creaked loudly every time I shifted my weight, the air is very loud and there’s no separate switch.

The room was clean. The check in office could use some updating and paint.

Do not stay here. I found cheese under my bed and left feeling like i had gotten bed bugs.

Check in was quick it was clean and felt safe as a female traveler. There was not any sketchy activity on the property either. Breakfast was okay wish they had more protein options.

Nice convenient and cheap

This place was dated. The carpet in the hallway was all bunched up and was not lying flat and mad it hard to walk without tripping. In are room the toilet seat kept coming off as in was not tight to the base. When I tried fixing it up it was a mess with old pee.

It was fairly disappointing. The fellow at the desk was nice enough but the conditions were really lacking. The carpet was coming up in the hall. Nobody turned on the heat in the room. It was freezing!! Michigan in the winter is cold and that shouldn’t have happened. Probably won’t stay again.

The tub didn't hold water. The door handle to the bathroom was kinda hanging away from where it was supposed to be there was a hole behind the main door

Disappointed with this hotel…already reviewed the property but was told a hot breakfast would be available 6-10….there is NO hot breakfast and when I asked the attendant who locked in Fort Knox (felt like I was getting $$ from a currency place)….this hotel is no inviting at all and I would normally say you get what you pay for but I’ve paid similar $$ for this stay and gotten much better more inviting properties

I didnt like the property and the guy working behind the counter was rude

The price was good but the building and the room were average when it comes to cleanliness and upkeep.

Nice enough for the price. Nothing extra, nothing bad and a cereal, oatmeal, muffin style breakfast with juice and fruit on the way out in the morning. Would stay again if in the area.

Friendly staff

Whole place had a weird smell. The sheets had holes in them. There are lots of dining options within 5 minutes and several within walking distance.

Shower was faulty, but other than that it was good.

Didn't really like anything about the place itself. The hallway had new carpeting but it was poorly layed so it was bunched up. The bathroom fan was connected to the light so it ran whenever light was on. Very annoying! The sink was old & cracked. The tub insert needs to be replaced.Very sloppily painted. Blanket on one bed had a hole in it. The sheets on the other bed had stains on them. I checked closely for bedbugs but didn't see any. Beds were comfortable. Had wall air on/heater. Had to change from 1st room because it made a loud clanky noise. Frig & microwave were clean. We stayed 3 nights because I had already paid for it. The parking lots needs more or brighter lights. The location is very good. Close to stores, restaurants & the mall. There are many hotels around. I chose this one because of the price so its true you get what you pay for!

Great room for the money. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Clean. Refrigerator and microwave came in handy. Wifi worked fine with our phones.
