The young lady at the reception was wonderful and the room was good would stay again.

Very polite and fast when checking in, staff is very friendly and welcoming and the room is fantastic!

Our welcoming exceeded our expectations. Was given brief information on things going on around the city for instance the falls being lit up. Dining options attractions with coupons were provided. Definitely impressed.

Overall the hotel was outdated. Stains in the carpet. Not hot water in the sink.

Property is not too bad bad the pillow of this hotel are so uncomfortable and it’s like a sac of sand. Bed frame are archaic.. but hoping in the future this things will improve.

Our family loved our stay at Ramada by Wyndham. Very clean. The hallways smell good. The room is very spacious. We got the 2 queen beds and a folding bed and still good space for my youngest to run around. The washroom is nice. And they have dove products which is is bonus. The staff are fantastic and friendly.

Great, clean room - elevators are extremely slow. And parking on property is limited so had to park a block away and carry my bags over

Don’t waste your money at the one one Stanley ave Niagara Falls Canada. The pool water is disgusting never cleaned. Way too much chorine and the pool itself is deteriorating. My child sliced two of her toes and another lost a toenail. Absolutely no fridges in any of the rooms. The arcade is a joke. Nothing works but they don’t tell you that before buying tokens. I will never go there again and I will tell everyone I know not to waste their money there.

Not near the falls at all. Generally a pretty old hotel. We were bumped from a different hotel and weren’t given the equivalent room.

I like this place. I can recommended to all my Friends.

Overall its good but the room in pictures is totally different than what i got
