Bóoked executive suite. Very clean. Would stay afain

The description on the website didn’t depict this being a motel versus hotel so that was disappointing in our arrival to find out that we were arriving at a motel style The parking lot was disgusting with all the old mattresses just stacked up against the building The maintenance in the parking lot was not up to standards The blackout curtains in the bedroom did not close tight enough to block the parking lot lights You could hear all the traffic on the road going by at all hours of the night You could not control the rooms heat yourself front desk staff said something about he would have to adjust it for us which is a huge inconvenience at 1 o’clock in the morning when you’re cold and being it was a very cold night, you could feel the cold there coming in around the door The room was only stuck with two towels for three of us My son and I had both felt that the shower was awkward to rinse shampoo from our hair being taller. The showerhead was aimed more at chess level. I will give credit the tub and shower walls look like they were brand new but the drywall work around the tub locked finishing skills. The beds were horrible. I think sleeping on the concrete floor might’ve been more comfortable.

The room was not cleaned prior to our arrival. There was cleaning/sanitizer spray bottle and dirty cleaning cloth left in the room, no wash cloth, no bathroom floor mat.

The wall had fresh plaster on it, missing light switch covers. One of the beds were broken, hot water in bath tub barely worked. No hand soap in room at all. Only heating in room was very loud. Other guests were very loud above our room. I checked out a day early and refund offered.

Friendly staff but the room had a dirty bathtub and we had to make the beds because their staff seem to think it's ok to sleep with a mattress that's not fully covered with a sheet

Very nive. Not enough towels, only one shower towel.

There were no surprises. everything was excellent. Staff were very helpful. Every thing was clean.

Stayed 2 nights. Reservation was for 3 people, but the room was set up for only 2. I had to go to reception both days of my stay to request for towels. Housekeeping was unacceptable—no towel replacement, bed sheets never changed, or rearranged, garbage not picked up, and basic items like soap were never restocked. Very disappointing stay.

TV, phone and heat did not work, eventually moved to another room, no volume and lots of static on tv in second room.

The rooms heater failed to start. Got very chilly.

Rooms could use an update. No thermostat so you get what you get. Ok value for the money. Staff was great.ok for 1 night
