시설은 평범하나 잘 관리되고 있는 느낌이 드는 호텔. 프론트 직원이 체크인시 투머치 분위기로 매우 친절하게 상세히 설명해 줌. 방은 아주 깨끗하고 쾌적함. 특이하게도 예약제 프라이빗 무료 자쿠지가 있음(다만, 프론트 앞에 위치해 있고 투명창으로 되어 있어 다소 민망할 수도..). 조식도 콘도그(한국식 핫도그)와 비스킷소시지 등 나름 충실한 편임. 체크아웃시 영수증 필요한지도 물어봐 줌. 추천함!

I was expecting to be on the canal so I was a bit disappointed from the beginning.

Front desk guy didn't have any answers to any questions I had. The only vending machine wouldn't take any kind of payment. Tv didn’t work in the room. Blankets were paper thin. Cigarette burns all over. Dust everywhere! Feels like I should be paid to stay here not the other way around.

The property is well maintained, flowers weeded, carpet clean and everything in the room worked well. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The staff were helpful, especially helping us get a refund for the last day of the reservation when we left a day early.

Bed coverings were threadbare with some discoloration, carpet felt eerily damp to bare feet. Hot tub and sauna were small and so filled with people we couldn't get in. Grossly overpriced. Staff was friendly but I wouldn't stay here again.

The sauna is an amazing feature also has veteran parking.

Room was very clean. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate available 24 hrs a day in lobby. Breakfast wasn't huge but selection was not bad. Would definately stay again.

Front desk was great. Parking on side was free and plenty. The room was huge and enough space for all four of us! Breakfast was alright but nothing to complain about.

Did not like staff's inattention to obvious blood stain on top blanket. Never staying there again.

Overall, you wouldn't mistake the property as brand-new. It obviously has seen some refits, some more targeted than others. That specifically said, whoever updated the actual hotel rooms, the guest rooms, did a great job. Ultimately, would I stay here again? Absolutely.

I had injured my leg the day before arriving and could barely walk. My original room was on the second floor and despite being full the lady at the front desk was able to switch me into a first floor room. She also offered to carry my luggage and told me the best restaurants, bars, and special places to go.

The bed was comfortable. The TV didn’t work. Unable to get any stations, except Shrek. When I asked the front desk about how to use the TV, the young lady informed me that it wasn’t a smart TV when in fact, I know it was. No reception and the two rooms that we rented however the TV in the dining area worked perfectly fine. The air conditioner didn’t work at first. I later discovered that it was the outlet that didn’t work. So I had to plug the air conditioner into an outlet on the lamp on the desk to get it to work. I don’t know how safe that was. One of the staff members was extremely rude to the one that was replacing her at the end of her shift. She said some pretty mean things and walked out the door. The young lady that replaced her handled it really well. She apologized for her actions. I think the price was too much for what we got.
