Unfinished work on property. TV not mounted securely. Door knob loose. Noisy, nearby train tracks.

Nice people

They gave a room that was dusty. Everything was dusty and the television wasn't even working. Had to report it in and they gave us a different room. That room was clean.

I decided to stay at another hotel after I waited at check-in for 30 minutes with no service. Once someone finally showed up, they were rude. When I got to my room, my room key didn’t work and both of the rooms next to mine had fans blowing in the doorways due to wet carpet that seemed as though it was coming from leaky ceilings.

Tub and sink had hair in it.. dog friendly hotel, but, all cement, no relief area, and broken glass all over the place outside.. doing rt 66, worst night so far.. more tired leaving than when we arrived.

The entrance door needs to be remodeled for wheelchair access. The door needs to be widen and the concrete needs to be flattened and a button or automatic doors to open. Even with my help to get my mom through the door it was difficult trying to open the second door. I can’t imagine someone alone getting through the front entrance by themselves without opening the second door. The bathroom floor needs to be redesigned because the floor got very wet from the shower before someone slips and hurt themselves.

Property is rundown, needs repairs almost everywhere you look. The main hall smelled terrible with cigarette smoke when those rooms were designed non-smoking. Right next to very active train track. Very hard to sleep at night. Will not stay there again.

Good

This hotel was a good price for a a place to rest my head for the night. Basic and no frills. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Breakfast was the standard waffle, toast, cold cereal, fruit and yogurt. Only down side were the train horns off and on until about midnight. Ladies on the staff were friendly and helpful.

Big party somewhere on the premises & big long argument at about 3:00 am this morning. Luckily we weren’t close to that room, must have been very difficult for the ones closer to that room.

In amongst abandoned buildings. No door security, opposite BNSF railyard, used tampon on floor.

It’s a bit dated but otherwise ok

Not a clean and comfortable place.

Its a decent place to stay when youve just driven 900 miles straight and just need a bed, pillow, and a hot shower. This place had all 3.

Lighting was dingy inside and outside.

We arrived late, check in was fast and easy. Staff was very helpful, gave me a phone charger as I’d forgotten mine and provided a crib though we didn’t end up using it. Breakfast is by reception in a small area, had limited choices (waffles, hot and cold beverages, a couple of cereal options and some fruit. Room was decent, has teas and coffees, tv and hair dryer. It is a bit dated but not bad for a nights stay. There are eateries within walking distance.

breakfast was lovely, very convenient since i checked out very early.
