Good hotel like it

It worked as we didnt spend much time in the room. However the tv didnt work and the ac was loud. Also the shower rod was broke and kept falling.

roach in room air conditioner not efficient was giving a not acceptable room which I was given a room next door so I had to.move all my stuff

Felt dirty

The room was mediocre. But all in all OK. The drape/curtain rod was somewhat damaged, and the end of the curtain did not hook on which let light into the room, as it did not close completely. The bed was a little hard. The part that I really didn’t like was that the toilet looked like it was poop stained and really looked disgusting. Toilet seats are not that expensive. And they really should replace it. It grossed me out. The lady at the front desk was pleasant.

I checked in a day early and payed for that night and then they locked me out of the room saying because I didn’t go check back in so I didn’t stay I really want my money back because I didn’t stay I had to check out because they said they needed to talk to a manager they let me in to get my stuff and then I left yesterday before 11 am

Very clean

Room was clean and well maintained. Good to see hardwood floors and furniture. Beds were just perfect and comfortable to sleep. Also, it’s great to have property near MacDonald and People who prefer breakfast or lunch or dinner this property is jackpot. I would recommend this property to Travelers.

This property was terrible because the conditions, everything was dirty and old.

THE BATHROOM WAS SO DIRTY, IT WAS A BUG DEAD AND WHEN WE ARRIVED IT WAS A WASTE INSIDE DE TOILETE.

We have no TV remote, the bathtub has no stopper, holes in the tub, towels where not folded and the person who checked me in was extremely unhelpful

Had to wait 10 mins just to check in because staff not present. Gave us the wrong room with someone already in there. Acted like they were on something.

Not luxury, but good value and perfectly acceptable. Felt safe, clean, and comfortable.

A basic room for the price, tv keep flickering n thin walls. Shower curtain rail was loose n made the curtain slide to the middle allow water to get all on the floor. People working the two shifts were kind, polite n respectful.

The desk representative was horrible, the room was a mess, the AC wasn't working, and the worker tried giving us room keys to a room that was already occupied

It was just an over night stay. It’s a regular motel 6. It had the bare necessities. Beds were pretty hard but they served their purpose.

I arrived at 5 PM with no one at the front desk. I called out several times to no reply. I had to go upstairs to find the desk clerk in a room talking to the maid.

Clean room; staff great; a lot of amenities
