전체 평가 및 리뷰 Crowne Plaza LOS ANGELES HARBOR HOTEL by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Booked a bay view room on the 4th of July hoping to have a sweeping view of the bay when the fireworks start. Their website states check-in is 4 pm so I tried to kill some time until 4. I showed up only to be told that all rooms with nice view were already taken. They have been checking guests in since 12:00. What a disappointment it was when I walked into a room on the third floor with a view of some trees and a glimpse of the ocean.

We had a wonderful time. And we plan to go back soon

Loved the customer service from lobby staff. Also the staff made sure I had a room suitable for our needs. Room located on the second floor with a nation, loved!

It’s good that it is close to the cruise terminal and has a shuttle, but the hotel is run down and my room was not very clean, furniture run down and stained. The soap, shampoo bottles were empty in my room. Only 1 bath towel

Enjoyed our stay!

Have stayed here several times over the years on business. This trip was a little bit rougher. The air conditioning system failed and I had to move to another room where the AC Leaked water into the carpet. The staff was excellent taking care of me sometimes things happen.

We stayed here for one night only based on location. The rooms need to be updated and the floor had considerable sagging, which was concerning. Only one bath towel was provided for 2 guests which we did not realize until early the morning of our departure. The desk chair is literally trash.

We stayed 5 days for a family graduation. House keeping only did our room twice, even though we asked repeatedly for service. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper. There were numerous cleaning staff on our floor but still no service. I understand that for the most part this hotel caters to cruise ship passengers who only stay one night. For the cost of the 5 day stay, we would have expected at least to have our room properly taken care of. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and welcoming. This was the highpoint of our stay here.

Som andre også skriver, trænger hotellet til renovering, det lever ikke op til forventningerne til et Crown plaza hotel. At tage fuld pris for morgenmad til en på 7 år og 20$ pr nat er også lige til den høje side efter min mening.
